Being a spirit, Bloom can phase through non-magical walls/other barriers and float up to ten feet from the ground. Being a plant, he can talk to other, less able to express themselves plants (although they tend to dislike him due to his ghostly nature).

As straight forward as that ability is... I can't allow it. That's grounds to allow instant dodging.

Why is it this way?

F-Rank spells do not exist.

And never, under any circumstances, is there a chance a spell does more than its' rank in damage. UNLESS; It has equal or greater drawback (x2 Damage, x2 Damage received.)

However, if you had an ability that had a chance to do damage... That would be different.

Will-o-Wisp (Despite being "Ghost" in-game) deals Fire damage. Your summon is Nature/Ghost. No fire for you.

Description: Bloom focuses his energy into cursing the land around him, causing everything (items, players, terrain...everything) in a 10 meter radius to gain the Plant Type in addition to their other types, giving them the corresponding resistances and weaknesses.
Strengths:
- Affects everything in range, from items to players to the terrain.
- Gives the opponent a weakness to Fire and Ice type attacks, as well as any other moves that state they deal extra damage to Plant/Nature types. Allies gain a resistance to Water and Earth type attacks.
Weaknesses:
- Does no damage on its own
- Bloom cannot use any non-Plant type moves while this is in effect
- Gives the opponent a resistance to Water and Earth type attacks, and allies a weakness to Fire and Ice type attacks.
Duration: Two posts.
Cooldown: Six posts (starting when cast)

Also, on the Ghost/Nature thing... Then state your resistance... half damage... no damge... what is it?

Remove that in your curse thing.

3% drain per post? Deals half D-rank at most. Seeing as you gain the damage as HP.
