So the last element you are choosing, is WIND, correct?

S Class : _ Meters
H Class : _ Meters

This is based on YOUR Class. The stronger you are, the stronger this ability gets. Lot at what I did, and edit that into your magic and through numbers at it. http://www.unknownlandsrp.com/t358-application-guidelines-wip#1483

Keep in mind the typical ranges. Though as it senses only, and does no damage... play with it a bit.

Anything that is D-ranked Summon that lasts longer than 3 posts, CD is 5.
And envy needs's a height and speed.

Name: Pyrus Sphere
Rank: D
Description: The summon gathers his flames on his hands and forms a sphere around his hand and shoots it towards his opponent dealing D rank damage.
Strengths:
- Deals D rank damage
- Deals half of a d rank damage against grass, electric and ice type.
Weaknesses:
- Doesn't work underwater.
- Deals half of a d rank damage against water type.
- Can be only used if the target is within 10 meter.
Duration: 1 post.
Cooldown: 2 post.

You really don't need to specify damage, a D-Spell will always deal D-Ran.
And the "Deals Half of a D" in the strengths seems to work against you. Did you mean an additional D-Rank damage?
