Administrators are in charge of managing staff as well as other content. Administrators are in charge of the site in general and making sure that everything runs smoothly. The head admin can remove other admins at anytime, given they have reason.

Moderators are in charge of checking applications of characters to items and beyond. Each Moderator varies in skill and training. Moderators can watch over applications and provide advice as to what makes a good application. The Moderators are separated by skill. Tier 1 moderators only oversee Character Applications. These mods are either fairly new to the staff, or haven't gotten the training to move up in rank. Those that do receive more training are Tier 2 Moderators. Tier 2 Moderators have received training in either Pets & Companions, Items, or Spells. These mods can be viewed by clicking the respective groups on the bottom of the homepage. Tier 3 Mods are the masters of the forum, and are known as such by becoming a Forum Moderator. Forum Moderators are in charge of approving missions as well as making sure people don't post certain things in certain areas. A Tier 0 Moderator is responsible for the site's applications as a whole. While they may or may not have the power to move unlock certain things, they get the final say, and can overrule any other Moderator's decisions. A news moderator is below a Tier 1 Moderator, and is only limited to the Face Claims list. They are often moderators in training.

All above staff are by default, Chatbox Moderators. Chatbox moderators are staff members who make sure no one starts a fight in the Chatbox. They have the power to kick and ban members starting trouble in the CB, as well as the reserved power to clear the chatbox to prevent lag or a hideous horizontal scroll bar.

Developers are in charge of creating content. From events to new systems, these people are the masterminds. Not all developers are Chatbox Moderators, but all developers have an interesting mindset that sets them apart from the rest.
