Reform: The Cloak is able to stick itself back together if it is torn
Dark Matter: The cloak is made of Dark Matter, a material created on Pandora. this makes it not weak, nor strong against any element. This gives the material strength as strong as any armor, while being able to move just like an ordinary cloth.
Armored Shell: C-Rank and below hits do not do harm the cloak

Armored Shell: B-Rank and below hits do not do harm the cloak I think this is a little powerful, even for a Sacred item. Either move it down to C-Rank, or make it halve the damage from hits.
