It was thought to Gray by a random male adult that met him earlier in his younger days. After the training was finished, the man left, but not before telling Gray that the teachings are an inheritance from the man to the young boy. The statement left him clueless up till the present day, which led Gray into finding out the answer himself. Abilities:
-Chakra flow: The users "magic" is considered non-magical, and uses Chakra, or energy as an MP cost. You don't need this. It's Auto
-Release: Removes any D class or lower illusionary abilities/spells. 3 post cooldown. No. You're F-Class. And there's no F-Class spells. So remove this.
-Sharp eyes : The caster possess a pair of sharp eyes, which lets the caster to identify the pattern of attacks of an enemy and stuffs related. Though it might not help much when dealing with opponents higher in rank than the caster. ... This isn't an ability... this is just observation/

Description:
The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalize the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. MP cost is halved if under 10 meters away. Max range is 20 Meters.
Strengths:
- Provides the caster a chance to create a distance between the caster and the enemy.
- Acts as an instant getaway technique to either flee or evade oneself from getting hit by attacks.
Weaknesses:
- This mobility technique does not let the user to attack while using it.
- Though it serves as a getaway technique, there is no guarantee that the user will be safe upon traveling to a particular new location.
- The jutsu will not work if the caster is trapped in somewhere in which he/she cannot escape from. For example, the jutsu will be useless if the caster is trapped inside a barrier jutsu or some sort.
