    You cannot have two characters on one account.

    you can, however, make her a companion. As you are high enough rank to do that.

    HOWEVER... if this is some type of magical guide thing that follows Neo... Then she's not Human... She's a Ghost or Spirit.... it's up to you.

    And if you keep her in this app... then you may not create a companion.
