Hello, fair people.
Nice thing you have here.

So, I need help with the logistics of this site. If you can answer these, it would be appreciated.

1. If you can't have human toons, then what is Peter Pan or Aladdin? Are they half-toons?

2. If a fairly well-made item or magic, and I have permission, can I use this or is this against the rules?

Hello, welcome to the humble abode of ULRP. To answer your questions:

1. Aladdin and art of such is allowed, as it is animation. By human toon, things to the extent of toonifying yourself or, let's say, a movie star isn't acceptable to be used as a face claim. Naruto Uzumaki from Naruto is allowed. Ash from Pokemon is allowed. Angelina Jolie is not allowed.

2. Clearly you can! This is a role play where you develop your own character after all. You are granted permission once you get your application 'approved'. When that happens, you're able to use it to your will.

They are humans. With the physics and "logic" of toonville, they just look liek toons while in the vicinity of that kingdom.
