Your Idea: My idea is a few suggestions to change jobs. The first thing is to make a bunch of them not Kingdom-specific. Things like Medicine Run and What about Who?, just for some examples, are things that could almost certainly happen in any of the Kingdoms, not just Fiore.
The second suggestion is to balance out the post requirements for a few jobs. Medicine Run is a short, 500 word mission, while What About Who? is a 1500 word mission; both of them have about the same amount of effort involved. We should balance these out for consistency's sake.
How it will benefit the site: By taking the first suggestion, it opens up a lot of jobs for people to take without causing teleportation inconsistencies in timelines and such; I know not everybody cares about it, but it's something that can bother some people. The second suggestion is simply a matter of consistency; by smoothing out the requirements somewhat, we can make it so that there isn't a clear, job path that everybody must take to level up the most efficiently.
