~ Clock Block: 3 times per thread, with a 5 post cool down in between, The Harlot Scissor can practically slice through time itself, allowing for Blake to open up a 6 foot wide portal which can be used to either teleport the user up to 15 meters away, or be used as a shield so to speak to block a single attack equal to the user's rank or below. (this only lasts for 1 post, and this ability can only be used if Blake has the blade, and slashes what is before her whether it be air, water, or a solid substance)
~ Dimensional Tease: The Harlot Scissor has a strong connection with those with strong, sexual desires. It links with them, and can be summoned, the scissor can be summoned into the owner's hands no matter how far away it is. The blade, however, can only be summoned into the owner's hands.
