As a cat with no claws or any way to defend herself with. Neko has already have the ability to see in the dark, land on her four paws when falling, telling people apart by smell, and balancing with her tail. Although she had no way to defend herself with. Neko didn't have claws like ordinary cats. By making her own claws by herself. Neko had to train with them of course. She built everything herself. In the huge gloves is a lever that pulls the claws out and back in. Same with her feet. Blessed by the Killian Clan Neko had also learned marital arts with her claws. With a mixture of pure strength and martial arts Neko had the ability to produce strong winds that are capable of cutting a person.

Swiping at the opponent for the duration of 2 posts.  All of her claws are out at this time combined with her martial arts the Neko has the ability to hurt someone. Generating small winds to help with the attack. Neko also has the ability to see behind her back
Strengths:
- When up against fire based users it does 10% extra damage.
- Can generate small winds from the attack so if Neko misses it leaves a small scratch.
Weaknesses:
- Hard to use in rainy weather because of the retractable device can get slippery making it work half of the time.
- Does 10% less damage against dark users
- Close Range 2 meters or less.

If an opponent is standing a good amount distance almost 5 meters. The user can swipe her claws in the air producing strong winds that can cut through skin.
Strengths:
- When up against fire based users it does 10% extra damage.
- Winds can travel up to 25 mph
Weaknesses:
- Hard to use in windy weather because the winds the user generate can either go slower or go faster depending if the user is down stream or up stream.
- Does 10% less damage against dark users
- User can't use the bottom claws for this attack.

Swiping the air with both of her claws she can generate a gust of wind that travels up to 40 mph that can swoop up enemies off their feet and throw them.
Strengths:
- The gust of wind can travel to 10 meters before dispersing.
- Gust of wind can pick people up and push them back but can also cut them barely.
Weaknesses:
- Hard to use in windy weather because the winds the user generate can either go slower or go faster depending if the user is down stream or up stream.
- Friends and Foes can also be picked up by the gust of wind.
- User can't use the bottom claws for this attack.
