Two inches damage? No.Manifestation- Transforming or not, Shira can grow leopard claws to attack his opponent in combat or manifest canine teeth to bite them. Both the claws and teeth do two inches damage.
This is 3 things. I see a +2 to speed, damage and resistance. And you can't 100% null damage. Not even at ?-Class.Enhance- As an added ability of the Neko Neko no Mi, in hybrid of full transformed stage, Shira’s speed and strength in physical attacks are enhanced. He deals damage at two levels higher than his level and also moves at this speed. He is also able to null physical blows two levels higher than his like they were nothing.
