The rules of the tournament are to be followed to the letter. No one is exempt from these rules. The only time a rule may be overruled is if both parties agree to the change. #1.) Everyone must fight all participants at least once. If someone drops out, all future scheduled combats are claimed as a win by default. #2.) All fights will be prescheduled in a predetermined area. Participants cannot change where they fight that match, however they may influence the area if agreed upon. #3.) Based on the rules of each individual fighter, they may risk their lives to raise the stakes. A Medical team will be present at every match unless both participants decide otherwise. The offical terms for this are as followed: High Calibur: The more common method of engagement. A medical team will be present at the event. After the fight, lives will be restored and all injuries will be mended and recovered. The fighters will only receive a monetary reward. #4.) No pets, companions or intrusions will be permitted at any event. The only exception is an agreement between both fighters. #5.) Both participants must be active for both the fight and rewards. Failure to post in a timely fashion will have various consequences. After 48 hours, the last post made will count as an "Auto-Hit" and the fight will carry out as if that post is the truth, and cannot be interrupted or changed. After 72 hours, the inactive participant will receive a warning post by any member. This is to remind them that they have a thread that needs attention. After 108 hours, the participant who did not post will lose by default, regardless of the condition of the fight. #6.) Both fighters must be posting at least 100 words per post. Their posts may no exceed 1,500 Words. Should either of these rules be broken, their post may be up for being edited, or voided entirely. #7.) Anyone is allowed to spectate the fight. Spectators will have no effect on the fight at all. They may post once every 24 hours from their last post. However, if the current user is in another fight that is currently going on, they may not spectate. |

It was a weird feeling to be put back into a cage again. He didn't want to admit it, but being inside of something like this massive trap put him at ease. After all, they were locked inside. But it was not that he was locked in with someone. Oh no, they were locked in with him.
He continued to snicker as he stood there, his short body no taller than a child. He was just under a meter tall, but his features hidden from the world. He carried no tools, no known skills. He was simply a monster who loved to torment the poor souls he came across. He was no native to Kai.
And he was one of the few who made it out of Pandecim alive. But here he stood, waiting for the signal to begin. He either of them made a false move, it would be a loss for them, no matter how it ended. He had to be careful for now.
For now, he waited.

T he Demon Slayer would take a deep breath and look at his surroundings. He and his opponent were caged in, so neither of them could escape. It wasn't like he was going to be doing that either, though. The battlefield was huge, the length of a Canadian Football field. He stood a third of that distance away from his opponent, and was visibly indifferent about all of this.Ryuhei made it a point not to underestimate his opponent; Big things can come in small packages, after all. And It would be a pain to find out that some child could fire off a bazooka or something. He took in a deep breath and exhaled through his nose, his weapons were there for him at a moment's notice, should he actually need them. |

It was strange to watch people come together over such odd and trival matters. They would fight to the death, only to find they wouldn't die. They would undergo the same stress and pain in hopes of some reward to make the world seem just that much better. She didn't know who the people were, or cared about them for that matter. She would simply observe and report her findings just as anyone else would.
Sphinx was in it to win it. Any information would help her in her adventures in this frail world. She didn't care who fell. Everyone was an ant under her heel.
The voice went off, blaring off from the distance. Amber stood there, close enough to the cage to watch, and far enough to keep her clothes from being bloodied if it came to that nature. These mortals were all pathetic.

"FIGHT."

From the voice, all that could be heard after was the chaos in the other cages, and the laughter from the small, shrunken being that stood opposing the man. "H a , h a h a . . . " would be the only sounds heard from the hooded thing. He stood there, his palms open, his hands at his side. He was beyond ready for what a mortal could throw at him. Not a single thing has be cast, thrown, swung, or yelled at him that wasn't done so before. He did his research. He knew what he was up against.
But did the slayer? Was he ready to make the first move?

T he Demon Slayer's ear twitched slightly at hearing the command. It was time to fight, and this would be nothing short of a brawl; Nothing methodical and paced. He would look ahead to see his opponent in front of him, laughing about something. Seeing this would probably unnerve most opponents, but Ryuhei would keep his cool in all of this. He knew for a fact that there would be those kinds of people in this event. More or less, the boy was just trying to get under his skin and goad him into attacking first and making a misstep. This was more or less the same thing that the armored man had done to the Demon Slayer, who made it a point to remember. He would keep himself composed, and wait for the first move. Somebody had to do it sometime, and waiting would most likely sooner take a toll on the boy than Ryuhei himself. 156 ugh |

His right foot slowly slid to his rear. The toe of his shoe dragging along the ground of the caged box. " H e h e . . . h e h ." His left hand begun to rise up slowly for each second the man did not move. His palm faced the sky, his thumb pointing forward as the other fingers did. He was beyond ready for this moment.
His gaze would be behind a piece of cloth, all not obstructing his vision. He observed the man's joints, his stance, his skin, his breathing. He could see the chest rise and fall. He would match his pattern, making that man's breath his own. And soon, he would take it from him completely.

T he Demon Slayer's breathing would speed up a bit; A result of the adrenaline rush of being in combat. It was as though water was being poured onto his muscles, the body becoming just a bit better than usual. He knew that the boy was waiting for him to do something, as evidenced by his refusal to make the first move. Chances are that he was waiting for Ryuhei to make one misstep in order to capitalize on it, that he knew. But if neither of them would do anything, the fight would end up dragging until the end of forever. He would carefully pace side to side in a line of about two couches' length, thinking about a strategy. It would be a matter of time until he had to do something, and he couldn't afford to make even the tiniest misstep. 143 lol |

" Y o u _ I d i o t . " Would be heard from the boy's mouth. It was a short human, or so it seemed. Who was to say who, or what was under that hood. He stood there, unchanging, waiting for the man to do something. He would wait all day for a move. He had time. He had more than enough time.
And if idled long enough, he knew, he could win by default. This man was doing nothing more than wasting his own time. He was the one who was being measured. but Bilbo was the one issuing the test. There was nothing to do. He could wait. He could wait forever.

H e would quite literally teleport, so that the distance between the two was equivalent to the length of three fully grown great white sharks. He was taking no chances here, and found it necessary to resort to even killing the boy if it meant winning. It's funny, how you can become something you hate in a matter of seconds. The Demon Slayer would take one of his weapons into his right hand; the Rikujoumaru, after landing on his feet. It was then that he had to decide on a plan of attack. He would decide to close in the distance between them by walking at a steady pace. Nothing too fast so that he couldn't handle; It was likely that the boy was going to attack at this time. 129 . |

Laughter could still be heard from behind the muffled cloth. Hands would raise up, only to meet each other in front of the boy's face, extended from him. The thumbs would bend with the hand, only to make a heart shape. It was an odd approach to it all, yet was the perfect action.
Seeing the blade, he could see that it was double-edged indeed. With enough force, one could be cut with the back of the sword just as much as the front. With that speed of movement, he could feel the wind move around the arena. With just one simple action, he told the boy everything he needed to know about him. He knew it all too well.
And it would end just the same.

Naisu didn't really believe Mei could lose her fight, having seen the girl's powers for herself. She was decent enough to get through the fodder of this competition, and instead focused on someone else instead. The man he had met in Edolas, he seemed to be fighting in this tournament too. The one who robbed his counterpart's grave of the mysterious keyblade, Ryuhei. The black-haired shadow of Snake watched the fight in the stands with growing interest, his hazel eyes scanning the battlefield and watching and studying the motions. Hand motions, steps, all of this was being recorded and memorized by Naisu. Kai was accompanying the young Shiratori on his spectating of the fights. The tiny green swirly on top of his left shoulder. "Naisu!" the tiny creature called out to Naisu with a warm resonance in its voice. Kai was incapable of speaking, but could communicate with Naisu telepathically which in some ways was better. "This fighter looks intense, what do you think?" the Swirly asked with squinting eyes. Naisu smiled though his gaze did not shift from the fighter as he memorized his spells and his movements. Even by watching the fight from afar he was given a distinct advantage, being able to know his opponents moves before having to face him.
The latest spell was interesting, catching Naisu by surprise as he seemed to cross distances with renewed swiftness.. was that a teleportation spell? No matter what however he made sure to transmit that to memory, making sure to recall that little fact when the time came for him to fight the Slayer. He replied to Swirly with a simple answer, "This fighter has great potential, but he has little control of his vast power. He may be even stronger than I am.. if he learns how to apply it all correctly,"

Naisu has an incredible memory and can remember many details such as: faces, names associated with said faces, and spells he has encountered before. He can picture all of it and collect from that knowledge (Disclaimer: This doesn't allow him an ability to copy spells. It means he has a grasp of how it works based on exposure to said spell whether he's fought it himself or watched others perform i).
Memorized Ryuhei's spell "Feral Step"
