Description: Rose puts her hands to her chest and says the following chant "May the power that lies within me bring light to the people I love. Give them the power to cut down their foes, Heal their scars, rejuvenate what they lost... This is Heavens Light!" while she is chanting a seal that in 10 centimeters in diameter starts to glow white. By the end of her chant the seal shatters, showering everyone in it with white sparkles. This heals all allies within the seal a D-rank Damage.
