SEARCHING IN THE DARKNESS

RUNNING FROM THE DAY

Shane wandered around, unwittingly having wandered into the Faery Lands. The demon halfling looked around the woods, rather annoyed that he didn't seem to be seeing anything interesting. He usually discovered something new almost every time he ventured into a wood. He continued to wander among the trees, rather uninterested in the same dull, familiar ferns and plants that he saw in almost every wood. Shane sighed, sitting down on a boulder. Nothing here seemed to be all that different from any other wood in Fiore, even though it was one of the few he had yet to explore.

The Radiant Crystals and wicked looking plants seemed to welcome Ruby back home. This area of the Forest was hidden from most wanderers and only those who knew the path could see the jewels of the forest. This place was Ruby's home and even though it was a short visit she had enjoyed every moment of it. She walked into the dire wood glancing about at fire flies and other creatures who looked happy to see the Beautiful Fae. She had brought her new guildy with her, Kaito and as they walked away to exit the forest she turned to him and spoke. "Kaito.. How did you like my home!? I hope the food was good.. Its not everyday they have a being like yourself as a guest.. Your probably stuffed!" Ruby hopped upwards to soar around Kaito.

As the duo walked to the exit of the gorgeous and very pretty forest that his guildmaster had taken him to which she called 'home'. He couldnt help but smile at her question "first i liked your home it was a really nice place i didnt expect there to be a forest like out here" which was true, he never really ventured out to a forest before so it was new to him, "second the food was really good, third i hope i didnt make it really akward with them"
