Personality:
Smart Alic - Auron is often a smart-mouth when it comes to conversing with others, always having some sort of witty input that may or may not be necessary at the time. He tries to make light of a situation, or uses this to point peoples emotions at him instead of another because he truly does care. Which comes to the next feature of his personality...
Caring - Auron is often caring for the weak, unprivileged, and his friends. It may be Gary Stu-ish in some people's eyes, but he tries to form bonds in order to become stronger in the end. He was not born with the ability to lead forcefully, only to lead with the acceptance of others. He is not as likely to be stern in his decisions, only manipulative. If a friend is in danger, he will do what he can, even taking a blade or a bullet for the person just to show his loyalty. This is just out of a desperation for friends as he has had such a lonesome past due to inactive qualities of bigotry. This quality has overrode the quirk of racism and bigotry in the past where he would actively and verbally judge others based on his own ignorance. Learning form it, he was able to become a renewed person.
Loyal - One of the good things about him is that it only takes one person over a group for him to choose who to be loyal to. That loyalty is pointed at the one friend over the numerous of a faction. This might cause a communal divide, but he will follow a friend through grit and grime, just not through unnecessary evils.
Self-Sacrificial - For the necessary evil, he will stir up trouble or follow a faction of crime for a while if needed. Which means he isn't afraid to get his hands dirty, he'll just hate himself for it if he does. If need be, he'll replace himself for a friend during an execution or free his friends and sacrifice his role in a community. This often is the reason he travels place to place, otherwise he'll be prone to a rebellious nature.
Rebellious - If a government is corrupt, he will speak against it. His actions will follow his words, and he will not refrain until forcefully silenced.
