Unique Characteristics:
Being a Lich his body is no longer a living organism, Uul'thuzad does not need to eat, sleep, or breathe however he must keep his Phylactery from breaking as it contains his life force. If the fragile sword, Frostmourne, were to break he loses a significant amount of his power, he loses half of his HP and Mana and can no longer regenerate HP or Mana. Although so long as Frostmourne remains intact he will continue to live on forever even if currently his body is destroyed. If his body is destroyed, a new one will begin to be created at the current location of Frostmourne, however if Frostmounre has been destroyed his life in undeath will never return to him. Despite him looking like a skeleton he can disguise himself to look human with Frostmourne.

Personality:
Out of Battle: As Uther has been in a sleep-like state for nearly 1000 years he does not know about many of the new technologies that have been invented and created within the years of his absence. He spends most of his time in his library which is located under the Frozen Isle in the Forgotten Isles. He is far more interested in learning everything he can get his hands on, caring little for anything else regardless of the morals, laws, or rules of others. As a lich Uther lost many of the things that once made him human, he lost most of his emotions become detached from anyone he once loved or cared for now only living to quench his thirst of knowledge. He also lost a lot of morality as he no longer knows how to sympathize with anything he cares little about others feelings for whatever actions he may take, be it murder or raising the dead or even bumping into someone on the street.

In Battle as a Leader: Uther isn't one for fighting in hand to hand combat he is a fan however of sending his minions and servants to fight for him. He is well versed in commanding an army with amazing coordination. He is also a master at battle strategy being able to find and pin point a foes weakness even when there is only one means of winning. This however means that he can over rely on his summons leaving his skill in fighting any other way lacking. Although he is not a living creature he can still feel pain and his bones can still be broken, he does have ability to reassemble himself if his bones were to be separated from one another (ie: If his shoulder becomes dislocated and his arm falls off he can reattach it), if a bone were to be broken however it turns to dust and is unable to reassemble onto the main body.

-Being discovered as a lich - The process and magics used to become a lich are very dark and evil he believes most people if they discovered he true identity they would attempt to end his eternal life
-Crowds - He believes if there are too many people near him someone will discover his dark form
-Holy Magic - Being undead he has a fear of this magic as it is known to easily destroy undead creatures

Now, to fully complete this character, you must follow my rules.
1.) You will not be able to use enchanted items
2.) You may not change from one appearance to another more than once per post
3.) Each "Phylactery" will have an effect on your character.

I do not care how you organize this, but each item is going to be tied to your character. When destroyed, you will lose a great power. One is your health source, another your magic source, and another your recovery. Here are the losses as follows:

- Health : When destroyed, user loses 50% of their current HP
- Magic : When destroyed, user loses 50% of their current MP
- Recovery : When destroyed, user cannot recover HP or MP over time.

I am also going to ask that all items be on your person. As if you were to be fought IC, it would make no sense to have something that's miles away protecting you from something. (That's like Goku having a Kameha saved at home, that he can use out of no where. You can't store your library orb. It makes for a great story, but being able to switch between forms as well as recover from death... well you've already been given a mile.)
