by Ethan was walking at a steady pace through the streets of Era once more. It was quite the pleasant day and everyone would tell you just that; It wasn't too warm yet not too cold, it was simply pleasant and nice to be out and about the place. Ethan himself had taken this oppurtunity to make his way to the old Council building. He had planned to do so much earlier, when he had come to the city in fact but had turned around as he had grown uneasy about something. This time he had to make sure though, he had to know if it really was here. As a sidenote he was quite intrigued by the city's overall history and values.
He was closing in on the building by now and was almost taken aback by it's fair size. The large gates and the several guards surrounding it, they really weren't kidding around. He had to see for himself though, he had to get inside somehow. He walked forward confidently and was immidieatly stopped by one of the guards. "Stop right there sir, what's your business here?" The man hadn't taken any uneccessary action towards him, only having blocked his path with his spear while not actually stopping him. They seemed properly diciplined at least. "It's of a quite personal nature I assure you" The man looked at him suspiciously and moved the spear closer to Ethan "I'l need more than that to let you in sir" Ethan was quite aware that his request was not only selfish but seemingly unjustified to anyone but himself but he really had to enter somehow. "I assure you, you wouldn't believe me even if I told you" Ethan could see right now that the guard wouldn't let up and started to fret about his situation, he could hardly just barge in and beat down the guard just doing their job. There just had to be some way.
