Purple : This is up to you, but personally I would ask for more words. I almost always ask for 50 words at least, or just a picture. But, Pass
Green : I'd make them change it to just Sword, or i'd fix it myself, but... Pass
Red : This is fine, but just looks weird. Pass
Blue : Click me, look at the edit for (11/12/14). In a nutshell, you approved a weapon that deals more damage than it should. This could essentially lead to abuse of this very rule, and exploiting this small mistake... however as this was just a test app, and this is training... Pass.
