A Different Set of Terms [Private]

"The next person who walks into this room better be the Kazekage, or I'm going to kill you."

She lifted her massive sword and pointed at her own Anbu guard. "I don't need you walking in every 15 minutes telling me she isn't here. I want to know when she is here. Got it?"

"Yes, Kuraikage." the man would say. "And her title is Mother"

"SAJ, I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL GUT YOU."

He would close the door and she would set her weapon the ground behind her. She was growing bored and anxious. She needed to meet with the woman again to discuss the terms of there villages. She didn't need a war rival, or infighting. She needed allies, no matter what their stance were. And to find someone who would defend their villages was a good start.

She sat in the back of the ramen shop, waiting for the woman to arrive. When she stepped foot into the city her own guards wold personally escort her there to ensure her safety. She didn't have time to play games. She needed to know what her stance was. And besides... she was hungry.

It had been just over two weeks since that incident happened. It had been just over two week since everything seemed to change. Her body wasn't her body. Her soul wasn't just her soul. Her mind wasn't just her mind. However, she had learned to manage it. She had learned to deal with the changes. She just hoped that the many people She had met already would believe it was her, especially the Kuraikage. The last time they had met Akira was a completely different looking woman.

Today, Akira would be meeting with the Kuraikage on what seemed to be important business. The woman would travel alone to Yamigakure, which may seem a little dumb but she felt no reason to bring another. If the two villages were truly allies, then Akira would come out without a scratch. If she were to die in this other village, then someone would surely be upset about it and that would cause many problems.

Akira had finally begun to make her way down the dirt path through the trees surrounding the village of Yamigakure. Her indigo colored cloak hung around her shoulders but left her front exposed. Underneath this cloak, Akira wore a black top that cut off just before her belly button and a pair of black shorts. On her feet, Akira wore a pair of black boots that reached halfway up her calf and had no heel. It would be easy to spot someone as oddly dressed as she was and... how could you miss the purple hair?

Upon arriving at the gate, Akira would be stopped. After a few moments of confusion and words being swapped, the woman would be escorted to a ramen shop. Then, she would be further excorted to the back of the ramen shop, where the woman would see Shini sitting. "Hello there, Lady Kuraikage. Your people here seemed to be confused on who I was. I'm not sure if you've heard but this whole change can be explained if need be. Then again, in this world... are explanations really necessary?" Akira would speak these words first chance she received.

"Considering we both sit at the top of the pyramid only under Kaseki and Mr.Stigma" She'd scoff at the thought. She, for once, finally realized why she was still breathing. "I'd be more surprised if this world didn't change you. . . " With a smile, she shuffled some papers on the table in front of her. Moving her ramen bowl to the side, the papers revealed outlines and blueprints of both Yamigakure and parts of Sunagakure.

"Over the last month, I've collected some data." she began, "I believe it's in our best interest to ally our countries." She begun to organize the papers to show how similar both villages were, despite their different origins. "The only grounds really being that we will not wage war against each other, but rather more diplomatic means, and to leave the more populated areas alone, for the most part." Leaning over to her bowl she'd lift a spoon to spit her meal.

She hoped she would agree to it. But who was to say. "And on top of that, I wanna give you one of the other Seven Swords we've collected." she spoke out, "I'd rather they fall into both our hands, than in enemy hands."

Akira would nod as she listened to Shini speak.She was certainly correct, although it seemed to have just dawned on her how high up they were in this world. There were so many parts of this world with so many small villages and cities. There were so many people. Yet here they were. Two people that help positions just under the most powerful beings in this world. However at this moment, that didn't seem to be of much importance.

The Kuraikage continued to speak and Akira continued to listen. The woman would begin to nod her head once more. She sure made some excellent points and until now the two villages had kept their words. Perhaps, they could make grand allies. Together they could more than likely make their villages better.

Akira would look to Shini as she talked about giving Akira one of the Seven Swords. Her village had never held one before. It had seemed that the other villages had all had one but hers. It was little interest to her but she had always admired the ways in which they could work.

"Alright. Sounds good enough to me," Akira would say with a rather accepting tone. It was as simple as that.

"Very well." Shini would say. She would have her personal shinobi fetch the weapons from their vault. They would bring them to Sunagakure for Akira's own personal use. Or even on the scale of her organization, as Shini had done.

"Oh, and before you go," she would begin, "I suggest sending a few of your members to the Iron Fist Tournament in Little Tokyo. It's a good way to keep your village on par with other people, as well as get our names out. But that's just my thoughts on it."

Taking a list from under the pile of papers, she begun to read the list of swords in her possession. She wasn't sure which ones to part with, only leaving the executioner's blade for herself. It was odd to have the treasures of Kirigakure without the village in sight. But in any case, she felt better knowing she didn't have to protect all of it. Only half.

There she would stand as the two had agreed to become allies. It's seemed that this meeting was rather short and Akira would be able to take her leave. However, Shini once again spoke up.

"Ah yes. The Iron Fist Tournament. I had forgotten all about it. I'll take your advice. What's fun without a little bit of competition?" Akira would reply to Shini. Honestly, this tournament gave her a nervous feeling but she would simply have to get over it. This was a wonderful opportunity for more of her exploration and research.

As Akira thought about her many shinobi, she wondered who she wished to join it. She wondered how far she could get if she were to join it. Perhaps, she would. During this time, The Kuraikage seemed to be looking over a paper of some sort. How was Akira supposed to tell if these meetings were over? She never was any good at that.

"Then I guess my shinobi will see you there. I'm going to have a few of my own join in." She'd take her spoon again and sip her soup. With a smile she would sort some papers and make two piles. "That stack should tell you just about everything you need to know about Yamigakure, as well as some notes of data we collected. You should read it over at your pleasure."

She would begin to eat away at her meal unless Akira had something else to add. The meeting had gone quicker and easier than she anticipated. She wasn't sure if there was any more to add.

Akira would pick up the stack up papers that Shini had set down for her. The demon would nod and smile. "Thanks. I was actually a little curious about this," Akira would respond. When she saw the Kuraikage start eating, the purple haired female would assume everything was done with. "It was nice seeing you again," Akira would say with a smile before tucking the papers under her closk and attempting to walk out. However, at the last second she would stop, "If you ever get a chance, stop by our new amusement park. It's quite grand. I'll even join you," Akira would then begin walking out the door and finish everything with, "See you later!" She would then make her way back to her village.
