A Tanto, which is a short one-sided knife-like blade that normally accompanies that of a Katana when a samurai goes to battle. The tempered steel has been polished from old rust, and the ordinary blade has been restored. It looks rather plain, but the decorative scabbard seemed to indicate that this was once a priceless treasure passed down from generation to generation. It can still do its job as a short blade, but nowadays, would be better fit as a display so as to not tarnish its beauty once again.
