    Name: Clockwork
    Type: Space and Time
    Usage: Time Manipulation
    Description: Imaginary Time is a ancient magic that has been long forgotten. There can only be one person who uses this magic. This magic is one of the most powerful magics in all dimensions. The user can manipulate space and time itself as if everything was a dream. This allows the user to live and extended amount of time. Yet because of this power the user slowly goes insane due to the many years that they have lived through. Their memory slowly becomes an incredible mess, until they can no longer distinguish their true identity. This is because, every time the user dies, his or her body is destroyed and remade into another person with a different personality and different body. The user of course keeps all his or her memories at all times. Who ever is using this magic must abide in the ten laws, these ten laws are only known to the user. (RP with me and you'll find out about the ten laws ;) )

    Abilities:
    -Anyone who see's this magic (besides the user) will forget all about it, as if they never saw the magic.
    -Manipulation of time and space, the user can manipulate everything that has to do with time and space. This includes matter (This ability of course does not effect players, only npcs and the users surroundings.)
    -Infinite respawns, the user can revive infinitely (The user of course revives into a totally different person. The user respawns in a different location.)  

    Spells:
    Name: Clock Strikes 1
    Rank: D
    Description: This spell allows the user to slow down time (this area of effect is anything with in a 10 meter radius from the user.)  A large clock like seal is created underneath the user, the user then says the spell "Clock Strikes 1" and then says the word "Aschente!"
    Strengths:
    -Any spells that are cast are slowed down and require a 1 post casting time, meaning any spell that is cast from within the are takes an additional 1 post before activating.(Except for the user of this magic)
    -Anything that is not controlled by the user or another player is completely stopped. (?For example the birds, the rocks and all npcs are frozen in time)
    Weaknesses:
    -This spell affects allies also
    -This spell does not deal any damage
    -The user can still be damaged while this spell is activated
    -The other player can clearly see the the seal, making it easy to figure out the distance to avoid the spell.
    -Anyone that is a higher rank than the user is not effected by this spell.

    Duration: 3 posts
    Cooldown: 5 posts

    Yes. If you're gonna nerf everyone, you're getting effected. This is the time to state "The next spell cast by any player within 10m is changed from instant to 1-post, and cooldown takes an additional post."

    Or whatever.

    what about this? It also only effects one spell or any select skill, so the next spell or skill will not be effected by the additional post and cooldown. For example the opponent casts a fireball spell and a explosion spell, the fire ball spell would get the additional post and cool down while the explosion spell is not effected at all.)

    So are you effecting only Cast time?
