Job/EXP Rules

Job Rules:

Players can take jobs that are one rank above them, provided they still meet the requirements. Players can gain extra experience by completing a mission with a team. You can register your team here. When players complete a mission with members of their team, they receive 50% of their reward as a bonus. (EX: Reward is 100EXP + 5,000 Coins. Team receives 150EXP + 7,500 Coins). If a member completes a mission with someone of the same guild, they receive a 25% bonus of their reward. (EX: Reward is 100EXP + 5,000 Coins. Team receives 125EXP + 6,225 Coins). These bonuses cannot be stacked, the higher bonus will take effect.

NOTE: If a job is completed with a team member and someone who is not part of your team, you will NOT receive your team bonus. However, if your entire team is present of this mission with someone who is not on your team then you WILL receive the bonus.

Typical Rewards:
D-Class: 20 EXP, 2,500c (Req: Avg TWC - 1,000)
C-Class: 40 EXP, 5,000c (Req: Avg TWC - 2,000)
B-Class: 100 EXP, 25,000c (Req: Avg TWC - 5,000)
A-Class: 250 EXP, 50,000c (Req: Avg TWC - 10,000)
S-Class: 1000 EXP, 100,000c (Req: Avg TWC - 25,000)
Advanced Jobs: 5,000 EXP, 250,000c (Req: Avg TWC - 50,000)

Jobs, unless stated otherwise, can be repeated.

OTHER WAYS WAYS TO GAIN EXP:
- Participate in events
- Defeat players of higher rank.

(Battles: If you defeat an opponent of higher rank, you gain 100 EXP per Class difference, and 10 EXP per level. If you battle someone of a lower class, you gain a fraction of their Total EXP based on the battle. If you kill another player, (within reason) you will receive an additional +50%EXP of rewards)

NOTE: These rewards are up to staff. Should the battle be ridiculous (and NOT entertaining) prize, and battle with be voided and archived.

Reinforcement Rules:

It's quite normal to find yourself in a situation to need some back-up. Not everyone is totally prepared for every situation. At any time someone can call for help in their mission. These reinforcements must have some IC relationship with the person prior to helping them out, or have the same organization in common. In reality, the types of reinforcements can be simplified.

Mercenaries: These are people who joined the mission in the first or second cycle of posting. They are extra muscle to ensure the missions success. All Mercenaries must have threaded with the someone who originally took the mission prior to assisting. The leader of the mission can remove mercenaries at any time, but they will still lose bonuses.

Late Starters: These are people who were called in towards the end of a mission, usually to help take out the boss. They are sometimes Mercenaries who arrived really really late. They are essentially the "Oh Shit" buttons in a mission.
[Late Starters receive half the reward as other participants.]
[Team and Organization Bonus will no longer apply to a mission with a Late Starter. Post minimum is increased by 30% for each Late Starter added.]

Freeloader: This is someone who was called in a mission to help wrap it up or to get the final kill. They arrive in the last few posts, act way too calm and try to seem important. If they were part of the team they would have signed up like everyone else, but they didn't.

[Team and Organization Bonus will no longer apply to a mission with a Freeloader. Everyone receives half of the regular reward rounded down.]

NOTE: Reinforcements must still meet the requirements for the mission. Exceeding the maximum number of participants will reduce the Coin Reward to 0.
