    Please post below if you are for, or against this change. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please also post them below.

    The proposed changes are to cooldowns, and would be as follows:

    D-Ranked:     No Cooldown
    C-Ranked: No Cooldown
    B-Ranked: 1 Post
    A-Ranked: 1 Post
    S-Ranked: 2 Posts
    H-Ranked: 3 Posts
    X-Ranked: 4 Posts
    ?-Ranked: 5 Posts
    Changes would take effect immediately.

    Standard rule of taking two slots for the skill to half the cooldown, will still be allowed.

    Please let me know what your opinions are.
