Grima's Blade:
Description: Long ago, the world was beset by Grima, the Fell Dragon. Its black fire breath rained havoc upon the poor citizens of Pandora for months, taking advantage of its power to enact a reign of tyranny upon the land. Eventually, a single hero was able to defeat it, ending its dark chokehold. Before it died, however, it placed a portion of its power into a single newborn baby. Its power has been passed down from that single baby through its entire lineage, granting the descendants part of its immense power.
Ability: Wielders of Grima's Blade, or so it has come to be called, can wield some of the Fell Dragon's immense power. They can utilize its fabled black breath to wreak havoc, or call upon its fearsome aura to cow foes.
Useage:
Black Breath: The user breathes a stream of black flame from their mouths, dealing their rank in damage to a 15m cone in front of them. If it collides with any Nature-based spell, both are canceled out regardless of rank. 5 post cooldown.
Dread Aura: Once a thread, the user can engulf themselves in a terrifying black aura for four posts. Enemies that are below the user's rank will find themselves overcome with fear and unable to aim any spell/attack directly at them for the duration of the aura.

I stopped reading after I got to the red.. Then I just looked over ability.. and stopped.

Uhm, Lore wise.. this don't fit in.
Powerwise.. I see someone.. namely a F-class fighting a Wood Slayer, who will cancel an S-ranked spell with this.... so no.. this way to strong.

Edited so that the lore fits better. As for canceling out the spells, it works the other way around as well; if you as an S-Rank use the ability, an F-Rank Wood Slayer can cancel it out. I figured that would balance it out a bit; even if you do cancel out an S-Rank Nature spell, it won't really make a difference. Somebody capable of casting said spell would still be able to easily overwhelm a low rank with this lineage.

Still.... Most Lineages are based on C/B ranked abilities... this is like X-Ranked.
