It comes prepacked with Iron Cloud, a special type of cloud that is extremely hard(equal to 1 rank below the user) and as light as a normal cloud. Once the button is pressed the could comes out and the user can manipulate its shape (Dimensions: 3 feet wide x 5 foot high x 10 feet long)

Being that you've used this dial many times before you're no longer effected by it. You could fashion it onto a weapon so that when it goes off it also releases the flash, thats just one example of its uses. Flash blinds everyone for one post, does not stack.(Contains 10 flashes per thread.)

The wind comes out in a straight cyclone reaching up to 100 feet out and being about 5 feet wide.(can be used three times per thread and is less effective the more range.)

Once the button is pressed, the force is expelled from the dial. The idea is to get close to someone then let them have it. (The force that comes out is eual rank to the force absorbed. Can only absorb force 2 times per thread, and once the thread is over stored force is lost. Causes blow back damage to the user first cracking the bones in the arm, then shattering them on second use.)
