Enter, The Wild One [Closed]

Jikura woke up, in an alleyway. "Where am I?" he'd think, being the usual amnesiac he was. He had some money in his pocket, enough to buy some food. He rushed to the nearest ramen shop, and bought a pork miso ramen bowl. "Thank you!" he shouted, quickly devouring the meal. He bowed, and went walking around the sandy village. He was full, hydrated, and being the forgetful boy he was.

As Jikura walked around town, he was being observed. Richard sat perched atop a nearby building, his keen eyes flaring at the happy-go-lucky boy. His first order of business in Ninja Town was to observe the goings-on in the city, to see if they were preparing for battle or whatnot. The best way to do this was to closely follow one or two individuals; war usually affected everybody involved, even the civilians, so if they were preparing anything, he would likely see it by following any normal person.
This one seemed particularly oblivious, so he could probably watch him for a while without noticing. Still, his target was moving away; he needed to get in closer. Richard took off, slowly following the boy.

Jikura had been getting drowsy, and was getting thirsty. His body started to break down, his mind, easing up. He was slowly walking, but like a zombie. His eyes started to shut. He saw a water fountain, so he walked toward it. He drank some water, but then.. he fell down. Before falling "asleep", he'd see a silhouette of a bird.. "What the-"

Richard watched as the boy walked extremely slowly, shambling as if he were already dead. It seemed as though he might have not picked such a good choice to follow after all; considering that there didn't seem to be other people around, however, he didn't have much of a choice but to follow the kid some more. He watched, bored, as the boy drank a little from a water fountain; this was almost unbearably mundane. Something should happen-

Almost as soon as he thought that, the boy collapsed, apparently from exhaustion. That simply wouldn't do at all; if he didn't move, how was Richard going to get info from observing him? He swooped down, coming to a stop beside his fallen target. The boy had looked at him as he was flying down; had he noticed the falcon, or was he too far gone at that point? It didn't matter either way; maybe if he knew royalty was watching, he'd do something more interesting. Richard began pecking at the boy roughly, attempting to wake him up.
