Useage: Haoshoku Haki IS essentially used when the user has the qualities of a king and has the wil of a king thus thrusting that will into a emotion will make a outburst of conqueres Haki for New users but for experienced users they use a type of 360o Vision to see around them with the Haki for a split second then Releases its force upon Victims whos Will is not Matched or higher then the users Though Possible victems with Higher will then the user will not be at all effected they wouldent even flinch whilst ones with a weaker wil would pass out/faint for a long time depending on the users will and when woken up by comeplete force or by the natural extent of the haki they would get a samll cold feeling Through out there body (up to the victims if there player controlled)
