I can tell you're skimming when reading the rules.

Fire/Electric proof - You can onlt get the resistance for your PRIMARY element. For you, you have fire. Even if you were a "Fire/Lightning elemental" one element is your primary.

Flame Control - Range is too large. Cooldown must be longer than duration. You need to state size of projectile, as well as speed. all of this is stated in rules.
