NPC For Hire : Rovin the Fourth [Blacksmith]

Pros : Has an unlimited supply of weak melee weapons. Will attempt to defend when he can.

Cons : Does not lend weapons to any of his party members under and circumstances. If you can't afford it, then you won't get it. If he loses a large number of weapons due to the party's misfortune, he will abandon the adventure. Requires 10,000 Coins before mission, as well as standard EXP reward.

Bonus : At the end of the mission, he will craft one random item of random rank for someone in the party. This will either be majority vote or at random.
