If anyone touches it physically, it will cause C-Ranked damage and can cause damage to surroundings. The cyclone has a diameter of 15 feet.
Strengths:
- Can be cast by a simple spin of the body
- Can be used as defensive or offensive
Weaknesses:
- Cannot be undone once cast
- Can be disappated by a higher ranked spell
- Can trap Mei inside
