This is iffy... Add in that if they have Metal or Light Element they will be unaffected. That or change "Anyone within that range will be blinded for one post." to "Anyone within that range will be blinded shortly after."

Just remove the stuff, and add that in your magic. Basically Holders take a special weapon and inject steroids. Your Skills = Steroids, and this thing is already lookin like a Body Builder.
