~ Dimensional Tease: 3 times per thread, with a 5 post cool down in between, The Harlot Scissor can practically slice through time itself, allowing for Blake to open up a portal which can be used to either teleport Blake up to 25 meters away, or be used as a shield so to speak to block a single attack equal to Blake's rank or below. (This ability can only be used if Blake has the blade, and slashes what is before her whether it be air, water, or a solid substance) State the rank it blocks.
~ Worldly Pull: The Harlot Scissor has a strong connection with those with strong, sexual desires. It links with them, and can be summoned and controlled telepathically by those it has linked with. It can go up to 10 meters from it's user, Blake, and be used telepathically, being treated as if the user was still holding it. (Blake must be able to make the same swinging motions as if she were holding onto it while attacking). As the second aspect of this ability, the scissor can be summoned into Blakes hands no matter how far away it is. This ability is typically used so that Blake does not have to constantly carry around the 4 foot long blade. It tends to take away from her sex appeal. No, this is a telekinetic ability tied to the blade. This opens up for possible metagaing and autohitting.... regardless if you intend to use it for that matter.
