Strange Meeting in an Empty City

"What a strange town," the young traveler thought to himself. He had heard of a town that was uninhabited yet still beautiful and untouched. It was considered a ghost town due to the evidence of clean and sophisticated building structures despite the lack of presence of people in the town for as long as they could remember. He wanted to see it for himself, being the the type of curious adventurer that he was. He journeyed outside his home in the Kingdom of Kai often for little whims like this. He liked exploring and seeing the world. He sometimes even came upon interesting people with whom he would share a bout or a friendly drink. He was both simple and complicated at the same time. He enjoyed only simple things like the warm sunlight that shined today on this empty place, but internally he had the capacity to do greater wonders if he chose too. It was a funny little paradox he lived. He wondered if he would find something intriguing on this journey as well, whether it was an object or a person. Time would only tell. Fate was funny like that, as you never knew when something would happen or wouldn't happen. You could make decisions and plans all you wanted, and fate could just get in the middle of it all and mess you up. While at the same time: you could wait for fate to involve itself in your life and you'll just be waiting boringly in the middle of nothingness.

Today Naisu wondered which course fate chose. The path of involvement or the path of evasion. Whether some strange phenomenon would occur or if it would just be another boring day.

Kaito wondered around in the abandoned town, only to hear from his head."ooh play with that, gimme a cat, I am sooo hungry". kaito's alternate personality started rambling on about this and that. Kaito on the other hand was full, he had just eaten a giant loaf of bread, drank some beer, and had a bit of lettuce at a pub. Kaito was never the kind of guy to go to abandoned towns, but thought this one looked particularly cool. Kaito really wanted to get onto his daily kill. Oh what fun that would be. Well right now there was no fun to be had, except looking at these structures. "Of course his great and amazing" personality, was bored out of his mind and complaining.

While the wandering traveler was busy admiring the ghost town: Naisu sensed someone's energy was in close proximity to him. It wasn't all that powerful, but where was it coming from? Even a weak energy could kill him if he couldn't locate it and the energy attacked while he wasn't looking. Naisu instinctively turned around when he saw a man.. who didn't exactly seem normal. But that may have just been Naisu judging the man by looks. Perhaps he was just an eccentric individual. The young traveler would be sure to find out for himself. "Hello," Naisu greeted quietly with a warm smile. His tone was hushed and humble, as he was enjoying one of life's phenomena and was thus in a good mood. His usual blunt and forward nature was suppressed by his captivation with his surroundings, and by the fact that he had no idea who this man was. Naisu wondered who this man could be, but he wouldn't ask his name.

Not yet.

Kaito was walking around town, everything was normal until."hello" Kaito spun around and looked at who was talking."hello there, what would a person like you be doing here,and might it be a bad idea to go to one of these places alone"? Kaito questioned the man who was currently in front of him."you might want someone to protect you around these places, because if not you might just die. Kaito smiled a bit wickedly and laughed out loud. This would be a fun turn out for kaito, and could be just the thing he needed to entertain himself for a bit. As a matter of opinion kaito did not really care much for the person who came up to him in truth, but at least there could be a fun experience of killing in this town. Maybe if this person was his style, he would not even have to kill this man. Kaito for now would hear the man in front of him out, hopefully he was not disturbed by the previous response.

OOC: Sorry about this. You kinda said the wrong thing to my character ._.

IC: "Come again," the friendly man replied. His tone had now gone from polite and friendly to rough and rigid. "Listen, kid," the traveler began with an annoyed tone, his hand pulling out his signature weapon: Akuma no Tsubasa. It was a chinese-styled broadsword which was significantly bigger and heavier than a usual katana or wakizashi. "Never threaten someone who's stronger than you," the traveler said confidently. Light shined on his dark colored hair and his hazel eyes, a sort of glow encompassing him. Naisu's magical pressure was not overwhelming, but was still that of a real mage. He didn't believe this lad could claim the same, and if he could well then Naisu would find out in the battle. He prepared his legs as he was going at this with full force and full speed.

He swiftly ran around the lad, appearing behind him with ease. Naisu was fast compared to most fighters at his level. His blade would swiftly motion to pierce into the lad's back, the lad not given a lot of time to dodge. Naisu wasn't playing. This person had a dangerous personality, and he would not allow him to get the jump on him. Naisu could identify people that were crazy, and this person definitely had a maniacal persona. This wasn't meant out of malice, but was for the lad's own good. After Naisu's blade penetrated the crazy wanderer (if it in fact did), then Naisu would retract the blade whilst lifting his leg up, turning his body and motioning with a roundhouse kick. Naisu knew how to target someone's more sensitive organs, and so he aimed for the man's kidneys with this brutal kick. Getting hit in the kidneys is a brutal feeling (Naisu would know: he's gotten kicked there on numerous occassions, and it's almost as bad as getting a shot to the nuts) and it may even cripple the lad. In Naisu's mind there was no way this kid could win.

Naisu was just superior.

Kaito knew this man was good now, but not good enough to ruin kaito's pride. As kaito saw the blade in front of his eyes he said the words [color:b95d=99ffff]welp I'm dead, but I might be received with some food" you might think this was a bit long of a statement, but while kaito was talking young kaito was summoned in back. A few words of agony from him  and then young kaito disappeared. Then came the kick. With a groan kaito said [color:b95d=99ffff] "sorry for being rude there" kaito winked at the other man.

When you wish upon a star... A starfall dies. Natsume's body remained in the crystal cocoon that casted a stream across the sky. It was almost fate that her destiny was always in the darkness. Her fate with the villainous. She was one who would be cast towards those with no redemption, only to try to find the last shred of hope. She could only hope that this time... her life would be used for good, and not for a mass genocide. Her crystal would pass two men who seemed to be in a disagreement, only to have her shell crash into a tree. The shards would turn to small grains of clear sand, shooting towards the boy and his summon, but the other man with the sword would find himself in a light. "This time, I choose my fate." her thoughts would echo. Her body engulfed in the icy frost, hiding her true form from either of them. All they would see was a massive crystal. This time, she would make a real difference.

Naisu's blade penetrated without much issue. He thought the man would have put up a better fight than that. And he didn't. Instead of fighting with his own skill, the lad Naisu fought summoned a meat shield to tank his attack. Naisu watched as his blade dug itself deep into the body of a child, the young kid moaning in complete and utter agony. It took a lot to upset Naisu, as he was normally known as a chill person. Naisu watched as his opponent flew from the force of his connected powerful kick, falling into the dirt. It was too good for him. Naisu should have kicked him in the genitalia, where he would have truly felt his nerves writhe with pain. "You summoned a meat shield," he said in disbelief. It was the ultimate form of cowardice to avoid an attack. And to summon a child? What kind of fucked up magic did this guy use? It took a lot to upset Naisu, but this pushed him over the edge. "What the fuck is wrong with you!?" Naisu roared. His yell was like the sound of a stampede. He was out of control and loud. At this point Naisu felt a bright light envelop him. A surge of power invigorated every muscle, every cell in his body. It was as if he was on fire. Naisu felt as if he could fly. Like nothing in this world could put him down. Whatever the hell it was: it felt pretty good. And it meant imminent death for the coward. With one attack Naisu would end this. He would make sure that this man never again bothered anyone.

Naisu charged with all of his might, his legs pushing him past speeds the lunatic was likely unable to comprehend. He rushed toward the guy head on and feinted an attack, only to actually run past him. The lad would probably attempt to counter Naisu when he charged head on, and so instead of actually attacking the lad changed his course to move past him, preparing his muscles and his mind to dodge any attack the pathetic worm could conjure up. He would then rush back and with his metal blade a vicious swing was made to end his opponent's life. Heads would roll: both literally and figuratively.

He wasn't holding back despite this new power.
