Description:
* Ice Dragon Slayer : This magic was obtained through Mei training with an Ice Dragon that had raised her from an infant to a child. This magic is simply a magic that flows through her small body. The element of her magic can be consumed. Most spells that Mei would use with this element at either offensive or defensive.

* Wind Dragon Slayer Magic : This magic was obtained from a lacrima being placed in the small girl's body. Being a mixed slayer, the girl can also consume and use the wind element. Of course, it is mostly used for offensive spells.

Abilities:
Name: Heightened Body Heat
Slot: Limited (Primary)
Ability: User is immune to frost/freeze effects.

Name: Parlor Trick
Slot: Limited (Secondary)
Ability: use is able to passively fly/hover 5m off the ground. Speed is equal to user's level in m/s

* Frost Resistance: By being a First Generation Dragon Slayer, Mei has a resistance to all Ice/Frost based spells and attacks.
● 3+ Classes below user : 50% Resistance (+5% Per Class after 3)
● 2 Classes below user : 50% Resistance
● 1 Class below user : 30% Resistance
● Equal Class of user : 25% Resistance
● 1 Class Above user : 10% Resistance
● 2 Classes Above user : 5% Resistance
● 3+ Classes above user : No resistance

* Temperature Never Bothered Me Anyway: Mei basically never feels cold or hot, unless ill, because of her ice magic.

* Ice Toys: Mei can make anything out of ice, as long as it fits within the palm of her hand. Only for entertainment purposes.

* Wind Boost: From the power vested in Mei's wind lacrima, when suspended in air, Mei can use a small gust of wind from the soles of her feet to jump higher.

* Everything Must Freeze: When needed, Mei can freeze any water that she touches, such as to stay above the surface when on a lake or simply make popsicles. (Max Range is 10m.)

Name: Ice Dragon Claws

Description: This spell is one that Mei was taught when she was just beginning to learn magic. It is quite a simple one and not very difficult to produce at all. This spell is produced by the ice dragon slayer magic being focused into the tips of the girl's fingers. It begins with her finger nails freezing over and then the ice slowly builds into two inch claws. These claws are used simply for scratching and slashing.

* Easy to Break
* Takes Double Damage from Fire Spells

Name: Ice Dragon's Mew

Description: Mei takes in a deep breath mixing it with the power of her ice magic releasing an ice breath upon exit. The breath is really just a frost and only produces D-Ranged damage. It can range up to 10 meters before it dissipates.

- Cast Instantly
- Moves at 5m/s
Weaknesses:
- Takes Double Damage from Fire
- Can only move in a straight line
- Only has a 10m range

Name: Wind Slice

Description: Considering Mei can also utilize the element of wind, she consumes the air around her for 1 post before releasing it from her palms by swiftly moving them in a vertical motion. This causes a slice of wind to move at the enemy.
Strengths:
- Can move at 5m/s
- Can go a range of 10m
Weaknesses:
- Cannot be cast instantly
- Cannot be stopped once released
- Can be stopped by spell of higher rank

Name: Cyclone

Description: This spell is used more as defensive, but can be used as offensive if anyone comes into contact with it. The user is engulfed in a cyclone of wind trapping her there for 2 posts, unless dissipated before then. If anyone touches it physically, it will cause damage.
Strengths:
- Can be cast by a simple spin of the body
- Can be used as defensive or offensive
Weaknesses:
- Cannot be undone once cast
- Can be disappated by a higher ranked spell
- Can trap Mei inside

Name: Ice Palms

Description: Mei holds her hand out with her palms facing her target. At this point, spikes of ice protrude from Mei's hands and are available to be fired at her opponent. The spikes are 1ft in length with the base being as wide as her palm and thinning into a sharp point. She can only launch 5 projectiles per post.
Strengths:
- They can be launched up to 10 Meters
- Can travel 5M/S
Weaknesses:
- Can be easily be shattered by higher ranking spells
- Takes double damage from fire
- Can only go straight
