After some discussion with Kaseki, it's been decided that turning from a spear into a shotgun and back is an ability. As such, this needs to be a Strong or greater weapon to remain as-is. If you want to remove half the weapon and have just a spear or a shotgun, we could go through it then as a Weak weapon.
