Meeting Between Different Kinds of Silence. (Private)

It had been about three days since Akira had helped this child. It had been about two days since Akira had disappeared without a trace. It had been one full day since Sahara had decided to leave that village. She couldn't be there without that woman. That wasn't her home. She knew it wasn't even if she had lost her memory. However, she felt oddly attached to that woman. Why? What was it with her? Well whatever the case, she wasn't I that village now so she felt it was the opportune moment to leave. Akira probably wouldn't even care that she was gone and when she returned she would probably continue on with life and forget about he child.

So, here Saharar was walking through a rather large forest with rather large trees. She wore a red sun dress that the woman had given to her and she carried a pair of black flats. Sahara had realized she didn't much like wearing shoes if she could help it. She liked the feeling of the ground too much. The grass and dirt were soft. Then again, there were some parts she had to watch out for like the hot sand or the prickly bushes on the ground. She had learned these things from experience. As the mute child walked along, she would hear many sounds but none in particular would catch her attention.

He needed to be away from people. He needed time himself. This strange world was full of odd people with strange personalities. Were other worlds as odd as this one? Either way, Lance was simply glad that he wasn't living in that horrid place he believed was his home. That wasn't a home that was his near death sentence. However, this world he might be able to accept, once he adjusts to it's ways. Most people didn't seem to mind that he was deaf. They didn't seem to be as naive as the people from his world. This place was something special.

However, Lance still couldn't quite stand being around people for a certain amount of time. So, he went off to find a place... a secluded place. Here it was. It was quite a grand forest. One with many trees which were taller than any he had ever seen before. Although the trees and surrounding areas were grand, something caught Lance's eye. Something red. He would begin to make his way towards it. He stood about a few feet away before he felt a quick snapping feelig under his foot. As he looked down, Lance would see he had broken a stick under his shoe. Then, he would quickly glance back towards the red color.

Sahara walked along wondering if leaving that place was evena good idea. This forest didn't interest her. The sounds didn't seem to be anything special. The feeling didn't seem to be anything wonderful. What was wrong with her? It was almost as if she felt worry and sadness. She didn't underd why she may feel these feelings it wasn't as if she had any reason to. The white haired girl would lower her head as she continued to walk. 

As the girl looked downward, a white butterfly would make its way right past her stomach. Crystal blue eyes would follow the creature until it landed on a black flower. Sahara couldnt help but admire its beauty. It almost seemed to sparkle a bit. As Sahara sped closer, she would hear a cracking sound. The girl would quickly turn toward the source of the noise. Blue eyes would see a boy just a few feet away from her. 

'Oh no. Oh no no no! What do I do?! I dont know how to communicate with boys?! Uhm.. Uhm..' The young teen would become so nervous that she wouldn't notice the root that had grown out of the ground behind her. The girl would back straight into it tripping as she did and would fall flat on her rear.

As Lance looked up, his eyes would move from the red color to a white color to a blue color. The boy stood in awe. He was staring at the figure of a beautiful girl, which was a rarity for him considering there weren't many girls that could capture his attention. However, this one was a odd combination of colors that looked rather pleasing to the eye, which was quite hard to pull off. Her hair was a silvery white that mixed rather well with her crystal-like sapphire eyes. To tie her all togther, she wore a red dress. The boy stood staring like an idiot not realizing that the girl had been backing away from him, until she fell backwards. 

Lance would quickly rush over to the girl while writing on his notepad he had kept in the pocket of his jeans. Are you ok? The notepad would read. He would show her the words with his left hand as he extended his right hand towards her. Sure he wasn't mute but he had never learned to talk before considering he was deaf. He had learned sign language though but most people didn't know it. So, he stuck with writing.

Sahara would rub her lower back as she sat on the ground. She hadn't noticed the bottom of her dress had risen to her waiste from the fall. She would shake her head a little bit trying to clear her thoughts up. However, her ears would hear the sound of stopping footsteps, as she looked up. That boy was standing there. Sahara couldn't look at him. She would turn her head towards the ground only to notice her dress. The girl would quickly pull it down to her knees again. Her pale face now turning as red as a tomato.

What was she going to do? Maybe if she sat there he would go away. Maybe if she didn't look at him he would give up. So for a while longer, Sahara would sit on the ground with her blue eyes shyly looking towards the ground. She didn't know what to do. She didn't know how to talk to boys. She should have never left that village or that Akira lady. Sahara would look sadly at her lap as she thought about it. Why did she feel so strongly for that woman?

Lance stood over the girl still holding out his hand and his note. It confused him slightly as to why the female wouldn't look at him. He watched her closely, even watching as she pulled her dress back down. This would cause him to blush and look away for a moment. He certainly was a gentleman and he would definitely have liked to stay that way, even if he had to stand there in that very position for a lifetime.

After a moment of looking away, Lance figured the girl would be decent once again and would turn his eyes back to her. His face would still hold a light blush as he noticed how adorable this girl was. The embarrassed look and color she held made her seem more interesting than when he first layed eyes on her. He definitely couldn't leave her out here alone. She looked so defenseless and small. She had caught his eye and now he wanted to get to know her. Was she alone? Did she need help? Would she let him help her? That was a dumb question. Even if she didn't, he couldn't leave her alone out here. So until she accepted his hand, he wouldn't move.
