Personality: Heizen is a very intelligent being despite the opinions of those who would say otherwise due to his appearance. Heizen is the son of Anubis and as such believes himself to be a fairly important being. He recognizes this but does not let himself be fooled into thinking he is stronger than he is. He has much to learn and is hungry for knowledge. Heizen is territorial when it comes to people, possessions, and property. He does not take lightly to those who would impose on what was his. He craves power in order to better make his father appreciate him, as he is not seen very highly by the almighty lord Anubis. Not feeling good enough Heizen is always reaching for greater heights. He has an ironic sense of humor; enjoying the use of dog puns (making comedy out of the fact he is a jackal, a form of dog). The jackal is usually very to the point in serious situations, attempting to bluntly head straight to the point instead of stalling or beating around the bush.
In battle Heizen is a great strategist who can predict and respond to his opponent's actions fairly well. He's good at reading his opponents and he spares no expense in trying to kill his enemies. He firmly believes that destroying your enemy is the only way to achieve victory, and that sparing lives only but stalls the battle for another day. As such he does not engage in heroics, and happily takes out whoever is in his way. Heizen understands he is not all-good and that he can be stuck in his own views. Despite this attitude Heizen will attempt to take a pacifist approach before the fighting begins, as outside of sport he does not find combat satisfying but only wasteful (and usually boring). Perhaps it is this quality that his father so despises.
