    Description: The users hands|Forearm and Feet|Legs are covered with a thin layer of water that seems to propel the user towards the target and is capable of dealing D rank damage on contact. The Spell boosts the users speed by 5 m/s and allows the user to move up to 10 meters before having to reuse this jutsu.
