I dunno... It's like... Well for us, Edolas. But it will happen in Toonville.

I'll probably make a new section for this...

But what should it be based off of? More like Heartless from Kingdom Hearts, or like... Dopplegangers that are toon versions of us... or... Something else?

Heartless vs. Toon Clones is really based on how we want the event to go. Toon Clones would inevitably result in more shenanigans, while the Heartless would be more serious. Which way do we want to go with it?

Eh... Then we'll make toons... and Heartless. We need an enemy after all. Some Copy-Toons are evil, some are good. So ya.

Hmm...So basic plot:
-Anomalies in Toonville of unknown origin (doesn't have to be unknown if you have something else in mind)
-Bunch of people (event participants) come to investigate
-Participants are caught in anomaly, causing creation of Toon/Heartless clones
-After a period of shenanigans, people team up with the Toon clones to defeat the Heartless

Is this good?

I mean, yeah. i was thinking it more... Well you need a guide right? Who would not be bettere than Fetus himself, the protector of Toonville?

He reports strange happenings in Toonville to.. lets say all of the Keyblade holders. This would slightly rush part of the PUP plan. He talks about how Pandora is effecting the kingdom, mirroring people. Some are genderbent, some are evil twins, some are just toon counterparts. Everyone comes to find out what's up... then as the set foot in... say Clockwor City, Halloween Town spawns Heartless...

That sounds like it could work well. Have Fetus let the Keyblade Holders know about the issue/be their guide, have the Keyblade Holders spread the word to others, have them come in, then the anomaly takes effect and all hell breaks loose? Sounds like a fun event.

The only thing I'm worried about is making sure that the balance of Toons<->Heartless created doesn't get upset. We also need a form for the Toons/Heartless, probably similar to the Pet application, just so we know exactly which toons are enemies and which are allies.

well yeah, That can be applied... then Heartless reign,... make a boss... maybe Evil Fetus...

Evil Fetus/King Mickey would make sense for a boss. It depends how big of a role Neo wants to play, since it is technically his Kingdom. Also, will everybody stay in the same place after the anomaly hits, or should they be split up somehow? Having everybody and their counterparts around at the same time might result in chaos similar to what happened in the Edolas event in FTRP, where nobody knew what was going on and everybody was confused.

Actually no, Fetus has the Kingdom Key. So it's MY kingdom. lol. but everyone will arrive separate... so two threads per user? One of Toon Counterpart, one real... then one thread ends to go to the other?

So King Mickey is only a King in name, eh? XD The arrival thing sounds good, except for two things. One, since the clone is only created after they enter Toonville, shouldn't it be normal first, and then the Toon clone? And shouldn't they interact with one another at some point? The second thing is: How will we get the other characters to interact if they all have individual threads?

well, everyone signs up, then we put them into groups... like Edo.

But the toons would be created before hand, seeing as Toonville covers a lot of land. It's everyone in Pandora. Everyone has a copy.

So the toons are created before everybody enters Toonville? That makes your idea make more sense. If that's the case, I think your idea works out pretty well. If everybody does toons first and normal characters later, though, how will they interact?

Like Edo.

The weapon idea is kind of sketchy and IDK how the Toons' magic will work, but otherwise I think it's a decent first draft.

And they're only making Toons... Heartless is just NPC, it's either they're like some evil army person leader... or like, reg.

They either get a Toon counterpart or a Heartless, right? If it's either/or, we can't make Heartless characters just be NPCs; one of the big appeals of Edo and similar events is being able to RP as your counterpart. Robbing half the players of that would suck >.< I suppose we could make both the Toons and the Heartless use weapons instead of magic.

While heartless is just... well an NPC shadow.

So each participant will have a Toon and Heartless clone created? And then the Toon is like their Edo counterpart, while the Heartless is an enemy NPC. I can see that working out. So we move the weapon idea to the Toons, and make the Heartless just like twisted versions of them?

Pretty much...

Only make app for Toon.. Heartless would be more of a given.
