Longer cooldown - Has a longer cooldown than more.
Type effectiveness - this spell deals half damage against fighting, dark, and fairy types.

Description: The user lets out a powerful stream of breath, dealing C ranked dragon damage. The spell moves quiet fast, needing only a deep inhale to before firing. The spell dissipates out after about 10 meters. This spell carries he chance to paralyze the target for one turn.
Strengths:
Paralysis chance - The target can be temporary incapacitated for 1 turn.
Fast cast - This spell travels quickly and needs only a deep breath to trigger it.
Weaknesses:
Breathless - The user has to wait a second after the attack to regain his breath, leaving him open to an attack.
Type effectiveness - this spell does no damage or paralyze the target to fairies, and does halved damage to steel types.
Quickly Dissipates - This spell's range is nothing great, traveling only a short distance before ending.

Description: The user fires a  weak breath of fire at the enemy, causing D rank fire damage. The spell dissipates after 9 meters, the embers losing their flame.
Strengths:
Has many practically uses - lighting fires, cooking, ect.
Type effectiveness - Hits steel, grass, and ice type for double damage.
Weaknesses:
Weak damage - Low damage output, even for a D ranked spell.
Type effectiveness - Rock, water, dragon, and other fire types take half the damage, along with water and fire types ignoring burn damage.
Quickly dissipating - The attack has little range to it before burning out.

I almost want you to remove the flinching and paralyzation... but the chances it's actually gonna happen.. eh.
