The hammer becomes stronger as the holder does No, a weak weapon deals no more than D-Class damage, and my not deal more than the user.

It makes no sense as to why it has an additional reach of 2ft.. but I'm just going to assume the magic gives reach.

Please also put tht it is top heavy, as all hammers are.
