Determinism: Alexei has the ability to view the souls of others, in order to better make his judgements as a God. When he looks at a person of equal or lesser rank, Alexei can see their balance of good and evil; he can also see the moments that defined the balance in the target’s past.

Hedonism: Wherever Alexei goes, people around him become unable to contain their emotions. Everybody within 20 meters of Alexei becomes unable to hide their emotions, particularly negative ones; this has no effect on people who are a higher rank than Alexei,

Constructivism: Alexei is capable of condensing chaos energy 10 meters around him into various shapes and sizes. The forms give off natural light and have very little limit on their shape and size, but are very fragile; even a simple punch from an F-Rank character can cause them to disperse. They do not disperse based on their distance from Alexei, however, making them good for leaving trails or creating maps for people to follow.

Does this include threads? If so, this cannot be done without the user's permission.

Anarchism: All of Alexei’s melee attacks are imbued with the power of entropy, causing them to deal an additional C-Rank damage to any inanimate object that is struck. Has no effect on items of Mythic rarity or higher.
The names of the abilities, do something so it's easy to distinct name from power.

Individualism: Alexei’s fierce independent nature, combined with his chaotic magic, prevents him from being restrained by most magics. Effects of the spell other than restraining effects are unchanged.
Format this so it's clear it belongs to the above ability.
Lower rank: Spells that would restrain Alexei's movements or spells are nullified
Same rank: Spells that would restrain Alexei's movements or spells have their duration reduced to one post
Higher rank: No bonus

F-Rank doesn't exist. You could say that any hit will shatter them.

Absurdism: Alexei’s mastery of chaotic forces grants him inhuman agility. +5 levels in Speed.
