Entropy Transfer - So let me try to understand. . .it has no speed, It simply does damage to a single target who is holding an item? When the item is getting hit?
Emancipate - C-Ranked damage total with this spell. You can't deal more than that in anyway without Primary Death.
Veil - This is a multiuse, and can offer damage buff. And thus, you need LIFE for this spell. To have it deal damage as well, is a bit much. I don't see this reflecting a C-Ranked spell, only a D-Rank at best.
Emancipate - C-Ranked damage total with this spell. You can't deal more than that in anyway without Primary Death.

Your idea of Entropy Transfer is correct, Emancipate has been fixed, and Veil has been made into another spell entirely. Please give it a look-see.

Revoke - Keep in mind, while they can't move away, neither can you.
Emancipate - Includes your own items.
Disarray - Everything YOU casted that turn, gets interrupted as well. Period.
Strobe Slicer - No. Choose, hand or weapon. You have way too many Multipurpse spells, and it's getting more chaotic than you may plan.
Chaos Curse - You would effected as well.
Chaos Control - If a summoner summons, you can't control it. You can't control anything owned by another user.
Space Render - Damage or teleport, you choose.
Emancipate - Includes your own items.
