Realm of a God [CLOSED]

A dripping noise could be heard echoing throughout the tunnels. The occasion Zubat could be seen flying by before roosting up on the ceiling, letting out a few screeches here and there. The dark caves were barren of any light, spare for one small flicker of light moving through the tunnels. "Damn, can barely see three feet in front of me..." TJ was holding onto a dim torch that he had lite with Recker's ember, and it was starting to seem like he'd have to find another way to navigate the tunnels soon. "I must be lost..." He pulled out his pokegear, looking up the map. "Where the hell am I...?"

TJ continued to press on, racing against time as his torch grew lower. He slowly started picking up the pace, starting to feel a little panicked. He started running faster and faster until suddenly his torch gave out, leaving him in the dark. "Shit..." echoed out from TJ, bouncing around, even though it was under his breath. He sat there in darkness, trying to let his eyes adjust as best he could, but there just wasn't enough light to function. He eventually stumbled over to a wall, using it to guide himself along. "I've really messed up now..." Came out with a sigh. One could only wonder about how long they would be wondering around, lost in complete darkness.

Before long, TJ slumped down to the ground. Feeling completely hopeless. He had no idea how long he had been wondering around now, and it was starting to seem like he would never get out. Closing his eyes, or what at least felt like it, it was to hard to tell the difference, something caught TJ's attention. He jumped up to his feet and listened quiet, waiting for it again. What felt like a minute later, he heard it again! But what was it? A whistle? A cry? Slowly, he started towards the possible source, hands out in front of him to try to give him some kind of warning. As he wondered, he could tell the noise was moving, but where? He pressed on wards, throwing hope to the wind that maybe it would lead him somewhere.

After what felt like hours, TJ's eyes had adjusted a little better to the light, or lack of light, and was able to make out the general outline of the dark tunnel. But not much else. What ever it was he was following, it didn't want him to see it. Soon, TJ came to a halting stop. In front of him, was some kind of entrance, but he couldn't see past it. The door just went pitch black with no outline. He stood still, thinking about what to do and waiting for the noise again, but it never came.

A sigh echoed out as TJ raised up a single hand, reaching into the pitch black. His eyes grew wide as his hand slipped through, disappearing to his sight. He could feel something on the other side, a strong warmth. "What the he-" TJ couldn't finish his mutter as something suddenly pulled him in.

A blinding light was the first thing TJ could see, forcing him to squeeze his eyes shut in response, only able to finally open them with a few minutes of slowly adjusting again. Upon finally setting his eyes on the room, he was in awe. He was in utter darkness just a few minutes ago and now he was in a large opening in the cavern that was light bright near him, fading away as it traveled further down. He looked back behind him, looking for the entrance he had come through, but nothing. Turning back to the main part, he noticed something in the middle of the cavern. Slowly, he made his way towards it, a little cautious of what it could be. Before he was able to make any conformation on what the object was, a roar echoed through the entire space, shaking everything around.

TJ stumbled back a step, reaching to his belt and preparing to through out a pokemon. His heart was racing as slow stomping started. His mind was racing for what it could be coming towards him. His thoughts suddenly stopped as a pair of red glowing eyes pieced through darkness from afar, standing near the top of the cavern. TJ carefully took a step back, starting to feel like he could die here. The huge beast slowly built up a glow, allowing TJ to see what appeared to be two large jewels glow on either side of it. It raised a large arm into the air before letting out a roar and slashing forward, sending a wave of energy through the air and straight at TJ, his feet stuck to the ground, to frozen in fear to move. The wave was quickly on him, only allowing enough time for TJ to close his eyes before it hit.

Slowly, TJ opened his eyes again, seeing a fade light filling the air now to the same room. He couldn't understand what in the world he just witnessed before suddenly he could feel a strong draft, pushing him back. TJ attempted to fight against it, before he realized what was happening as he turned to see behind him slightly to see if a hole had been made in the wall. TJ wasn't being pushed, he was being sucked into a purple rift on the wall. He attempted to grab onto something to keep himself ground as the wind picked up, but his grip failed to grab anything as he was lifted up off his feet and sucked into the rift.
