Usage: Manipulation
Description: Water Arts Magic manipulates water in the surrounding area around the user to enhance the power of a physical attack (punches,kicks etc.) by wrapping itself around said attacking limb to create a hardened cast to enhance the power of the strike.
Abilities:
-water manipulation: the user is able to manipulate the water around them for magic attacks
(F class- 5 feet)
(D class- 10 feet)
(C class- 15 feet)
(B class- 20 feet)
(A class- 25 feet)
(S class- 30 feet)
Spells:
Name: Aqua Fist
class: D
Description: water envelops the fist for a harder punch that either hits or misses the target
Strengths:
- enhances the strength of the punch via water speed
- can leave bruises if hits hard enough and at the right angle
Weaknesses:
- requires water to use
- punch must go all the way through (cant stop mid punch either hits or misses)
-can only be used if there is nothing in the hand
