Rules:
- Users will lose their title if they become inactive. Failure to post in Intro/Farewells will be punished as such.
- The list is ordered by rank. Therefore meaning that the #1 spot is the most prestigious spot of these ranks
- A user may challenge a character for their spot if all positions are filled. In this matter both users must come to agreement of the challenge, it can be anything from a PvP duel, or as simple as Rock-Paper-Scissors. If the challenged person refuses to acknowledge the challenge, they may be stripped of their title. If an inactive person is challenged, they may face the possibility of losing their position if they have not posted in Intros/Farewells of their absence.

Reason: Nameless is evil, corrupt, and leads the most demonic group on the site. Not to mention the ONLY Dark organization at this moment. If that isn't convincing enough, he possesses the dead like his personal play toys. He manipulates all, and everyone. And on top of that, he is Aknaid's nemesis, the rival. The Agency vs The League of Neutrals.

Reason: Lilinette is an immortal being whose body body is partially made up of shadows. She kidnaps people, or uses her seemingly infinite amount of wealth to buy people, and then uses alchemy to turn them into an elemental golem. Also known as a slave. These golems are forced to follow her every command, and with her main hope to be the future world dictator, having an army of people who are bound to follow your orders only helps. She is a member of the Angency.
