Medicine Run [D-rank Mission] (Solo/Aloura)

"What a waste of time..." Sloth muttered, walking through the town and looking around at all the people, weaving in and out of the streets. "I should be napping..." She let out a sigh, and reached up to scratch the tip of her dark violet head. All she wanted to do was sleep, then again, that is all Sloth ever wanted to do. But she was running low on funds, being Satan's child didn't supply you with the money that most people born into a royal family get. In fact, it didn't supply you with any money. The cloths currently on Sloths back were cloths that she had taken from a corpse she had just happened to... "find". 

"Aloura..." Sloth spoke, remembering her knew name, the name of the girl she was born from. The name she was given so that she wouldn't have to refer to herself as Sloth. 

Sloth, or Aloura, let out a sigh as she began to turn a corner, ignoring the many more people which were crossing her path, and getting in between herself and the pharmacy.

Not caring much for anybody before her, or for anybody at all, ALoura walked forward without hesitation. Paying no attention to the "Watch where you are going!"s and the "Out of the way!"s. She was focused on one thing, well, three things really. Getting the medicine, giving it to the client, and then going home to take a well deserved nap. 


Why all the complications from the having the middle man... she thought to herself, pushing up her un needed glasses as she continued to march down the street, turning another corner and paying no attention to the man who tripped before her. She was only a few days old, no one had taught her the necessary skills of manners yet. Than again, even if they had she would have completely ignored them. Being the type of person Aloura was, she cared about one thing. 


Sleep.

"Listen here you bitch," The man spoke, getting up and butting his arm on her shoulder, "Who the hell do you think you are. You could hit a child, if a child fell open and busted their head open, you would feel like shit, wouldn't ya?!" the man shouted, making a scene. Aloura merely shook her head in disagreement. In all honesty, she would care. She would merely keep on walking, just as she did, or attempted to do in this case, when she bumped into that man. 

...No trees... she muttered, seeing how she was in the city. She couldn't make a knife like she had in the past with there being no wood around. "Such a pitty..." She spoke, looking down at the ground and shaking her head.

The man looked at her in shock. "Are you listening to me?" The man ask. Aloura continued to shake her head and brushed the mans hand off her shoulder. She didn't care what he had to say, she only wanted to get this over with. Turning around, she began to walk. 

"I'm talking to you!" The man said, running towards her and grabbing her arm. "No..." She whispered, turning around, and with a face void of emotion, jamming the heel of her foot into his knee cap. You could hear the crunch of his bone as he fell to the ground, screaming in pain. His knee was bent in a ninety degree angle in the opposite direction that it should. 


"Idiot..." She muttered, continuing to walk away and ignoring the mans screams for help and cursing from shock. Aloura stopped in her tracks, and turned around, giving the man a sharp gaze. "Sir..." She began, her voice seeming to echo throughout the alleyways around them, "Think of the children, what if they heard you cursing?"

The man had passed out from shock but Aloura didn't know that. She had been long gone after she made the comment about his language. She walked like a zombie, walking from point A to point B and not caring about what, or who was in her way. After a few more corner turns, she had arrived at the pharmacy. 

Walking through the door, she was greeted by a short, plump women. "Hello, Welcome to the shaman shop," She chimed. "How may we help you today?" She asked. 

Aloura looked at the women, and tilted her head. Reaching in her pocket, Aloura took out a small paper, the prescription. "Oh no, Sarah is sick? Again? Damn it." She cursed under her breath after saying that, but Aloura didn't care enough to hear the language. 


"That will be just one moment, be right back." The women chimed in her cheery little voice, rushing to the back to fetch the medicine.

The medicine came as soon as humanly possible. Aloura had left the shaman pharmacy place thing, or what ever, and was on her way to the clients house. She wanted her money, and her sleep. It would all be worth it once she saw that bed, that nice, sweet, plump bed. 

Drooling just thinking about it, she wasn't paying attention to where she was going, even less so than before! Crashing into people left and right, causing them to drop their bags, luggage, children. But Aloura kept on tight to her bag, and that's all that truly mattered to her. 

Screw all these other people. Who cared about them? Not Sloth. "If only I was the only person in the world..." She thought, fantasizing about how quiet, and perfect, such a world would be.

Aloura took a deep breath of relief as she got to the clients house. "Finally..." She spoke, walking up the stairs slowly and swiftly, the stairs seeming never ending as she continued to take them on step by step. giving a sigh, she raised her hand, and knocked on the door. 

The door swung open and a women came pouring out. "Yes? Who is it? Is it you?" The owmen asked frantically. 

Aloura turned her head, a bit confused by what the women was asking. The womens eyes darted right towards the bag, and she snatched it. "Oh thank god it is you!' She shouted, charging inside "Mommy's comming!" The women shouted, handing the bag to a little girl on the couch. 

"So, you want your reward, right?" the women asked, reaching into her purse and pulling out the reward. "Thank you for your help," She said. "That takes a load off my shoulders like you don't understand."
