Usage: Manipulation of the forces of Entropy
Description: When Alexei defeated and absorbed Rakoto, the God responsible for giving the young man his God Slayer powers, said powers mutated and became something more. Alexei was almost overwhelmed by them, until the Pantheon appeared and forcibly ascended him to their ranks as the God of Chaos and Freedom, replacing Rakoto. With his ascension, his mutated magics changed to fit his new role in the world; they now represent him as an avatar of Freedom and Chaos, and help him to spread his powers throughout the world. With practice and effort, Alexei’s magic has grown in strength, granting him additional powers.
Abilities:
Anarchism: All of Alexei’s melee attacks are imbued with the power of entropy, causing them to deal an additional C-Rank damage to any inanimate object that is struck. Has no effect on items of Mythic rarity or higher.
Determinism: Alexei has the ability to view the souls of others, in order to better make his judgements as a God. When he looks at a person of equal or lesser class, Alexei can see their balance of good and evil; he can also see the moments that defined the balance in the target’s past.
Individualism: Alexei’s fierce independent nature, combined with his chaotic magic, prevents him from being restrained by most magics. Effects of the spell other than restraining effects are unchanged.
The specific effects are as follows:
- Lower rank: Spells of a lower rank that would restrain Alexei's movements or spells are nullified
- Same rank: Spells of the same rank that would restrain Alexei's movements or spells have their duration reduced to one post
- Higher rank: No bonus
Constructivism: Alexei is capable of condensing chaos energy 10 meters around him into various shapes and sizes. The forms give off natural light and have very little limit on their shape and size, but are very fragile; even a simple punch can cause them to disperse. They do not disperse based on their distance from Alexei, however, making them good for leaving trails or creating maps for people to follow. These constructs also cannot deal damage.
Absurdism: Alexei’s mastery of chaotic forces grants him inhuman agility. +5 levels in Speed.

Rank: D
Description: Alexei places his palm or his weapon on a surface and leaves a hand symbol using his magic. The mark detonates after 2 posts, dealing a D-Rank damage to whatever it was placed on.
Strengths:
- Very easy to place - in and out
- If placed on a nonliving thing, the burst of damage at the end is canceled, but the target takes a D-Rank damage every post instead.
Weaknesses:
- Alexei has to get into melee range to apply the mark
- The damage is delayed, so it can be reacted to
- Alexei cannot dispel the mark on his own; if he marks an ally on accident, he can't stop it.

Rank: D
Description: Alexei releases from his body chaos energy in the form of a chain that latches onto a target within 10 meters at a speed of 4 m/s. If the chain hits its intended target, the target takes D-Rank damage and the chain solidifies. As long as the chain is solid, the target is bonded to Alexei and cannot move away from him. The chain remains solid for 2 posts.
Strengths:
- Prevents an attacker from moving out of close range, where Alexei is strongest
- Alexei can grab the chain and pull the target to him, knocking them off balance.
Weaknesses:
- The chain can be broken early by a C-Rank of weapon damage or a D-Rank spell
- If the opponent is physically stronger than Alexei, they can turn the chain to their advantage and throw him around
- Can only affect a single target at a time

Rank: D
Description: Alexei condenses entropy into a part of his body and lashed out at an opponent with it. Any enemy struck takes takes D-Rank chaos damage. Due to the withering effects of entropy, the attack ignores defenses.
Strengths:
- Will damage the target through their armor and weapons
- Can empower any part of Alexei's body
Weaknesses:
- Not very effective against crowds of people
- The concentrated energy causes the selected body part to glow, telegraphing the attack
- No range, Alexei has to close the gap

Rank: D
Description: Alexei utilizes chaotic forces in order to change the target of a D-Rank spell within 10 meters of him that targets him. If the spell has a single target, Alexei can change it to any single target within the original cast range aside from the caster; if the spell is AoE, Alexei can shift the center point up to 7 meters. Regardless of the original element of the spell, it becomes Chaos element instead.
Strengths:
- Makes Alexei a very slippery opponent
- spells can be redirected at the caster's allies
Weaknesses:
- Only affects D-Rank spells
- The spell cannot be reflected to the original caster
- The new target must still be within the original cast range

Description: Alexei transfers the entropy of an item within 10m to its wielder at the moment he damages an item. Instantly deals a D-Rank damage to the wielder of a damaged weapon.
Strengths:
- Doesn’t have an energy blast or any other tell, so it can be very hard to avoid
- Allows Alexei to stack damage easily
Weaknesses:
- The wielder has to be touching the item for it to work
- Alexei has to be able to see both the item and the wielder
- This spell can only be used in the instant the item is damaged

- Name: Emancipate
Rank: C
Description: Alexei focuses the power of entropy on the objects around him, causing their magic stores to be violently and immediately freed. Causes all items with abilities within 15m of Alexei to deal D-Rank damage to everybody within 2m around them, and for items of non-Sacred rarities to lose their abilities for 2 posts. People can only take damage from item energy bursts 2 times per cast of Emancipate.
Strengths:
-Is extremely effective against mages who use lots of magical weapons, like Requip mages.
-Anarchism damage is dealt to all affected weapons as well.
Weaknesses:
-It does not discriminate; items of allies, and even Alexei's items, are detonated as well, making it a double-edged sword.
-Can only affect people within 15m of Alexei, so it is less useful against ranged fighters
-If Alexei is close enough, he can be caught in the explosion of his enemies' items
Duration: Instant; magic drain lasts for 2 posts.
Cooldown: Four posts, starting when the items regain their magic.
- Disarray:
- Name: Disarray
Rank: C
Description: Alexei uses his chaos powers to scramble the thoughts of everybody nearby except himself, disrupting spells and creating chaos. When used, everybody in a 20m radius of Alexei has their spellcasts interrupted and their thoughts continually scrambled for two posts.
Strengths:
- Alexei can still cast spells while this is active, but only of D-Rank or below.
- When Disarray is activated, all active spells in range are deactivated, including Alexei’s.
Weaknesses:
- Does not do any damage
- Mages that are a higher rank than Alexei will still be able to cast spells, but only once per post.
- Disarray does not cancel out passive abilities.
- Alexei cannot cast any other spells that turn.
Duration: Two posts.
Cooldown: Five posts, starting when the duration ends.
- Flashpoint:
- Name: Flashpoint
Rank: C
Description: Alexei uses entropy to manipulate his position, causing him to instantaneously move to any location within 20m of his starting location.
Strengths:
-Allows Alexei to close distances frighteningly fast - or open them
-Can combine with many of Alexei’s spells for combos
Weaknesses:
-Alexei can only move to places he can see.
-Teleporting takes a precise frame of mind and incredible amounts of focus; if Alexei is disrupted during his casting, he will not teleport and will instead take damage equal to the mana cost of the spell.
-Teleporting disrupts Alexei’s flow of magic, since it shifts him out of this world temporarily; as such, when he teleports, all of his active effects are halted.

Description: Alexei imbues his weapon with a magical blade of pulsing chaos energy. Alexei's next melee attack has 10 meters of extra range and deals an extra C-Rank damage.
Strengths:
- Provides Alexei with a range boost
- The blade still applies Anarchism damage
Weaknesses:
- The blade dissipates early if struck by a C-Rank's worth of spell damage
- Although it gives a range increase, Alexei still has to get dangerously close to his opponent
- Only gives the bonus for a single strike

- Name: Chaos Curse
Rank: B
Description: Alexei infuses all living beings within 45m with a Chaos Curse. While they are afflicted by the Chaos Curse, whenever their equipment would take damage, they also take the damage. The curse lasts 2 posts, and afflicted targets are marked by their equipment glowing.
Strengths:
- Can add a lot of damage to Alexei’s other attacks
- Large range
Weaknesses:
- Affects allies & Alexei as well as enemies
- Does no damage on its own, requires other spells
- Has little effect against people who don’t rely on equipment

- Name: Chaos Control
Rank: B
Description: Alexei pours his energy into a spell that is equal to or below B-Rank and is within 30m of Alexei, taking control of it. For as long as the spell remains, Alexei can control it as he desires, aiming it wherever he pleases within the 30m. Its element becomes Chaos.
Strengths:
- Turns the enemies’ spells against them
- Allows Alexei more freedom than ZDirect
Weaknesses:
- Alexei has to see the spell coming to take control of it
- Requires the enemy to cast spells first
- Shorter range for a B Rank spell

- Chaos Burst:
- Name: Chaos Burst
Rank: B
Description: Alexei concentrates his power to launch a wave of Chaos energy in a cone up to 45m in front of him. The wave moves at 17 m/s; it deals B-Rank damage split among everybody it hits.
Strengths:
- Quick, easy damage
- AoE
Weaknesses:
- Hits allies as well as enemies
- Can't hit enemies behind Alexei
- With such a large range, the damage can be diluted among targets quite a bit
