"What a beautiful day." he said to himself.

He lingered in the shadows of the city, finding a haven in the darkest depths of the shady alleyways that held poorly hidden secrets and tainted views on the living. Graffiti littered that walls of this part of town, and his eyes waited to see a new soul.

He was growing bored with himself, and thought more and more about joining Aknaid onto his endeavors of the Legion of Neutrals. It was starting to be less and less about him, and more about the city he swore to bring back together, but now Fiore was a part of his new board game.

"Peasants." he uttered, waiting humans come and go as they passed by the opening of his spot. He was bound to finding something eventually.

"Useless." he whispered. He watched a man come into his territory, unwise to the world around him. He seemed to be a foolish pawn or wandering sheep. He was unaware of the evils that lurked within the dark, as well as the great corruption that resided in his heart. He was well versed in terms of war and battle, and could easily overwhelm his opponent, but he needed eyes on the inside. He needed to find a way to ensure the best for himself and his land.

After all, that was why he was put onto this world.

He wanted to dismiss the man, or even do away with him. He could easily squash him like a bug, yet he felt compelled to entertain the thought that his prayers were answered. He would sit there, onlooking the man, his palms open and his feet on the ground. He was crouched over in a thought of what to do.

He reached out a pushed over a trashcan, sure to disturb the silence and get the man's attention. He had made his own choice on what to do to achieve his goal. And now it was time to create his own destiny.

"You're a fool."

He stared at the man, his actions proving to be foolish and unwise. He must be a person who rushes in head first and asks questions later. He was sure to be a pawn in the endless armies of mindless men who had no balls to fight.

.. But even so... He had a use for people like that. He could be the one to kill Kabuto for him. Then he could go out and relax for once, exploring Pandora. Or perhaps he would be foolish enough to attack. In either case, someone was going to die.

He scoffed at the man. He seemed just mad enough to do that job.

"You're about to have a very bad day... or perhaps today is your lucky day."

He looked at the man, unsure of his appearance in this private realm of darkness. He could easily swat the fly if needed be, but perhaps he would grow into a beautiful butterfly, or a wasp. He could use a wasp. After all, it was more entertaining to watch the world burn than it was to run around the city pouring gasoline. He was in the business of maximum chaos at minimum effort. He needed a particular face, and perhaps he would do the trick.

Did he not hear a word he said? No matter, he would speak out again, seeing as the man was no fool. And he was in no mood to play god today.

"How do you feel about taking a life?" he lazily asked. He continued to sit on the ground, trying to think up what to have for dinner that evening. Hell, he may even pay Urban City a visit and see what was up in the black market. He could use some amusement.

"But seeing as you're met with me, you have no choice in the matter." he would say. "I'm going to tell to you kill a man, and how you do it is up to you."

"His name is Kabuto, and he is the leader of a group called Snake. They're based somewhere in the mountains of Kai." he gave a small laugh, amusing himself. This man could pose great use to him later, and perhaps even a great pupil when this was over and done. But business was first.

"Should it be done in a timely manner, I will personally reward you will lavish treasures." his words, they seemed so carefully picked, and they simply rolled of the tongue. Oh how interesting it was to turn a random local into a hired assassin.

With a grand smile on his face, he was given so much free time. Without the worry of trying to deal with a sociopath, he would send someone else to do it for him. It was not that he was not capable, but he had much better things to worry about and occupy himself with. This man would do fine. And if not, then he would send someone else later. And if that failed he would just simply do it himself.

But as always, he seeked amusement.
