Attack on Sunagakure! [EVENT]

Akira would feel the force pushing against her, she would feel the sand blowing her hair around entering and settling on her scalp, and she would feel the winds die down enough to place Mei on the sandy surface. She would look around to see piles of sand and the feline standing tall with a paw stretched before her. She had figured the deed was done, she had figured it was all over, she had figured.. but it wasn't so. The girl would wiggle from the cat's fingers and proceed to stand laughing eerily. "T-That can't be possible! She can't be... a... child..." Akira would grit her teeth as the child ran for her. What could she do against that? Before she could think, the brunette would run in front of her and begin to glow, "Wait! Do-" a beam of light or energy or something would shoot toward the red haired girl causing Akira to growl. That couldn't harm her nearly enough. She had to make time. The demoness would throw the brunette behind her not wanting the child in her way. She had a plan that was perhaps maybe foolproof if she were to pull it off. While the woman held her needle lighting it on fire she would begin to oull at the string. "It better be worth something.." She would charge for the girl letting the string lay upon the ground as she ran aiming to impale her tiny, insane brain. At last moment, she would seem to redirect herself and run around the girl before sliding to a stop. Hopefully, this child would leave Mei and continue to chase Akira.

Jun had to do something! As he saw the others fighting the little girl with a barrage of light shows and other strange powers he did not recongize - he found himself wanting more and more to help. He was still twenty meters away however, and thus out of range to use any of his special spells... He just felt so powerless! "Hold on everyone... I'm coming to help!!" he thought to himself. He hadn't been able to be there for Yoshimitsu during the Iron Fist Tournament. He didn't get to say goodbye before he entrusted his will to his son during the tournament. He had already failed the thing his family told him was his sacred duty, and he would not allow himself to fail again!

"Jun...," Akane whined as they charged through the field. "My feet are tired," she said with a pout. "Stay behind then and go hide! I can't risk you getting hurt..," he shouted back as he continued running with staff in hand. Akane was mostly defenseless. She couldn't control her magic very well. He needed to do this alone. Holding his staff, his stave tightly as he made his way closer and closer to the action. His mana was recharging from that last spell, as the bond between the weapon and he allowed it to restore his power.

He could hear the cries for help and the carnage of down below. It had been moments since his last attempt to do something. He would watch from above, spectating. He then saw his opening. . . The Needle Sword.

He had forgotten Akira had possessed such a tool. He would only hope she would lay out the web of thread in time for him to land his own attack. But alas, it was a possibility for him to do something, to save the city. He couldn't stand waiting much longer. The village needed him, but his Mother needed him more. He had to wait. . . for now.

As her body stayed coated in its red aura, Mei would be shoved to the ground as the pretty lady ran toward the red head. Why was she being so mean just to be so nice? She was throwing Mei around like a rag doll, but she was trying to protect her at the same time. Did this lady know her? Was there something wrong with her? Mei couldn't help but feel confused. The small girl would lift herself off the ground before dusting off her dress to see the girl pass up the pretty lady and begin to run at her. This would cause Mei to panic and squeal looking to Akira for guidance. She would watch the pretty lady make gestures to run to her, so with trust Mei would follow her instructions.

The young brunette would charge at the redhead trapping her bow over her shoulder while ice grew from her nails in the shape of claws. Her small body would move quickly and when she was close enough to the girl she would spin to the right using her claws to lash at the redhead hopefully keeping her distracted long enough to get around her and run towards the pretty lady. However, the pretty lady seemed to have a different plan.

It pained her to watch the mortals fight without remorse. She wanted to help, but even her paws could not crush the demon before her. She could only watch and wait, she would not flee, not this time. She could only hope for the best. Matatabi would wish for the man to do something. But then she saw the string, the thread. She saw the plan being woven before her eyes. She could try to slow the hellspawn, long enough for them to finish the skirmish. But for now, all she could offer was her large set of eyes watching over them. She wanted them to win. But she also wanted a host.

@Akira 12 Hour post warning. it has been over 2 days.

Turquoise eyes would watch the tiny brunette charge for the red head. She was quitr the brave soul that little one so much so that she reminded Akira of someone. Who was it? Oh, there was no time for that. As the child charged forward she seemed to know that she couldnt beat the girl spinning around her with slashing motions to get away. The demoness' heartbeat would rise as she begged for the little girl to run to her. Yes, she was using her as bait, but she didnt like it. She hoped that the small brunette would come out of this alive and well.

As the brunette came closer Akira would run past her knocking her to the ground. Running towards her right, She would pull more thread from the needle laying it out behind her until a full 10m had come out. Akira would turn around to see how both of the girls were fareing.

By the time Jun reached the range to fire a spell - the demon child had found a way to avoid her fate and seize hold of the little girl. "Stop miss!" he called out to the creature. There was fear in his eyes. Sadness, even. He didn't know either child, but the last thing he wanted was to see someone get hurt. "Don't do it...," he cried out. He dropped his staff onto the floor - looking at her with this little blue eyes of his. They spoke of a child who wanted to believe that she was better than this. That all of them were better than this.

"Just stop.... there's no need for us to fight....," he said. "What is so important that you are so unafraid to die? Why is it okay to try and kill her, the cat, or anyone here? What is the point...?

Isn't there someone waiting for you? Don't you want to come home to them?"

All he could do was wait and hope that Akira would bind the small girl using the threads of her blade. He had one shot. He could drop from above and end this silly skirmish. It was a waste of time and resources to dance around this girl, but to wait and let her go, would be allowing her to kill another day, another family, another creature. There was no way they could allow her to live.

As her claws made contact with the red haired child, small hands would wrap around her wrists and hold tight. Brown eyes would widden as she was stopped dead in her tracks. She would pull and pull but her arms wouldnt come free. Her wrists would feel tighter as the girl held them. She surely was stronger than Mei and Mei didnt like that. Brown eyes would look to the surroundings seeing all the sand, the giant kitty, the boy, and the pretty lady. There were so many people around, but nobody seemed to be willing to save her. Was this it? Was she really alone?.. this picture reminded her of something.. something that didn't seem like her, but did at the same time.

She saw a time like this in her mind, a time where she was being taken away. There was a pain, screaming, and then she was safe. A light engulfed her eyes and a beautiful voice could be heard that filled Mei with something so bubbly. Was that her momma? Was she... watching her? As her eyes began to focus on the girl in front of her, Mei would begin to frantically panick, "Help Me, Momma! Please!"

She wanted to save them. These humans were willing to risk their lives to save hers, so why wouldn't Matatabi risk hers to save them? She would watch the child be taken in the arms of the murderer. She would let out a loud growl as it happened. She wanted them all to come out alive. She wanted the fighting to end. She wanted it all to change. There was only waiting that she could do. Slamming her paw again would do nothing, as well as kill the little girl. Matatabi understood that to keep herself safe, as well as the others, the only option was to become part of them. So she waited to see who was worthy of her power.

The giant kitty shaped flame simply sat still, which Akira was highly grateful for. She wasnt sure whether the cat wanted to help them, but she was sure that she wanted to stop the murderous girl. Everyone seemed to want to stop thr murderous devil. Tyko, the naive little magic boy with the staff, the giant cat, and the brunette currently being held captive. Turquoise eyes would stare onto the brunette as she seemed to stare not at the red head, but past the red head. She looked lost in thought and Akira couldn't seem to run for her. She meeded to spread the thread, however she was afraid that she wouldnt make it, she was afraid the girl would be ripped to pieces at the wrong move, and she was terrified that she would be seen for who she truly was.

After a moment, something would fill the demoness with a greater fear that she wouldnt allow herself to feel any longer. The child would scream for her mother, except it would fill Akira with the feeling of such a woman. Thread would be layed upon the ground, while Akira drew closer until there was exactly 30m of thread spread within a 10m area. Turquoise eyes would immediately sparkle and a smirk would spread across her face as she promptly stopped. The needle would be stabbed into the ground just outside the area before she would move to the screaming girl and tear her from the murderers hands craddling her in her arms. "Tyko, you got her," the motherly figure would nod to the red head, who would be unable to move her feet. The demoness would be kneeled on the ground away from the murderer and near her needle as she checked the fear drenched child over, "Please, dont cry. Are you hurt?
Don't be afraid. I'll take care of yo...u." Turquoise eyes would freeze as the child embraced her bringing forth memories she had once known but didnt know now.

Jun's little heart was breaking. Her words were full of a deep-seeded hatred, an anger towards someone. Someone abandoned her, and that turned her into this little demon of death and destruction. Such evil was not born, but made.

He just wanted it to stop. He didn't want to see anyone die again. But there were lives in the balance here, and in the world beyond. She already hurt the other child in the room, and if she got loose... she could kill her and hurt any of them. Akane would be defenseless if she blitzed past all of them.

He knew what he had to do. The Female Knight was far stronger than he in many ways. He wished he could be that strong in his conviction. She managed to entrap the little girl, allowing Jun the time to pick up his staff once more. If words couldn't reach her, then it was already too late.

Closing his eyes as he pointed the staff with correct precision - a fireball grew and launched itself towards the trapped girl hoping to scorch into her face as she tried to dig. He couldn't bear to watch, though he knew he needed to help.

Without hesitation, watching Akira tie the child down, Tyko would get a running start. He would run along the back of the beast only to leap forward. He would put his energy into his weapon as he fell onto the girl. He would watch the girl known as Mei be thrown like trash. It only furthered his anger towards her. His weapon would triple in size as he would fall, cutting the girl in two, splitting her in half.

It was not a pretty sight. He could only hope the children's eyes would be spared.

Brown eyes were terrified as they stared at the small murderer of power and vicious intent. Mei had so much to live for and so much to see. She had someone who she loved so dearly, but it seemed to be a love that she couldn't understand yet. She knew he would be her prince and that she would be his princess. She knew that they would never leave eachother and would always find happiness together. However, eveeything she lnew was being questioned within this one moment. Dragon scale screams escaped from her small mouth and she couldn't stop them. Her small body forced itself against her captor, yet it had no effect. When the vile girl had been caught, her anger only flourished and caused a fit of psychotic violence upon Mei.

The small brunette was grasped in a way that instilled paralyzing fear onto her and caused her to stiffen for a few moments. Mei would be lifted into the air before being slammed onto the ground. In the moments of rising, Mei would take a breath in and at the peak she would close her eyes. On the way down, her heart would freeze and at the impact, her small brain would fall into unconsciousness. Her body would lay limp at the lucky chance of not seeing the girl cut in half.

"That sword." the image of that weapon and the ninjas that went around killing, sat in the back of her mind. How could she had forgotten the genocide of that village hidden in the mist. it sat in her hands now. And in her hands, the demon child was stopped. By the brother sword of the red haired man, she was killed and their battle was finally over. "You fought well." she would say. It was as if the rest of them were all on her side, perhaps they would listen to her. "And for that, I thank you." The tailed demon would bow to the mortals before her, something she had never done once before. There was much to learn about this world, and at her size, she was nothing but a target. She would take her rest in the soul of a mortal to learn and understand. In offer of her power, she would ask for only knowledge. But the question was who?

Considering the boy was so small, Akira hadn't cared that the child shot a fireball at the girl in respect to het threads, however she feared that the child would hit the little brunette. Thankfully, that hadn't happened, nonetheless the girl grew enraged at the fact that she had been trapped like a caged animal. Turquoise eyes watched in fear as the red haired demon child lifted the delicate one above her head and slammed her small frame into the sand. The sand might have been soft under their feet, but it was highly dense when it came to impact.

As the evil being clawed at the thread around her feet and ankles, Tyko descended upon her and sliced her down the middle instantly causing Akira to feel nauseated. The woman would cover her mouth as she closed her eyes and shook her head. Although she had caused so much trouble and threatened all of their lives, the red haired girl was only a child. Akira would take a few breaths before gathering the courage to make it to the brunette, who still seemed lifeless on the ground. Akira would take up the child in her arms as she checked the child's pulse to make sure her heart was still beating.

Upon taking up the child, the flaming feline would speak up as to voice her appreciation to them and their protection of her. Akira would bow her head just as the feline did, since the rest of her was kneeled upon the ground it was the best she could do. "You deserve the chance to live in this world the way you wish.
Just as we have. You're no different than any other soul," Akira would assure the giant cat before looking to Tyko. Turquoise eyes were pained and panicked, however her voice was calm, yet shaky. "I would like for you to.. uh.. gather a group to dispose of her body.
Even if she was our enemy, she was only a child and doesn't deserve anything less than a proper burial." After speakibg with him, Akira would look to the small naive boy witha gentle saddened look, "I apologize that you had to experience this.. I would like to invite you to our village to rest and make sure you're alright. Just know that you can refuse if you like." Although the beast had caught Akira by surprise and was certainly something she only thought of as legend, she would accept it as any other being in this world. "If you would like, you're welcome to stay as well. I'm sure we can make arrangments for your rest and safety, however it is ultimately your decision what you would like to do. I just ask one thing of you... I would like to know what we should call you." If the feline were to leave, Akira would make haste towards her village to seek the aid of medical attention for the young girl. If the feline were to stay, she would place Tyko in charge of watching over her while finding a team to dispose of the red haired girl's body. Either way, Akira would find the little brunette the help she needed. She felt an attachment to her and she was determined to know why.

She was dead. The sword split her skull and her entire body in half. Her bones would crack, her spine would snap. But still a smile remained on her bloodied face as she took her last breath. An eye would be fixated on the woman, another on the boy. Her evil soul had does its' work, even if her life was taken. All she wished for was death. Even her own. " W E L C O M E _ T O P A N D O R A . " It was then that both halves her body would fall, the organs facing the sky, the stench of decay filling the air. However the sand would quickly encase her corpse as the eyes continued to stare. The sand would turn red from her blood. She would corrupt the innocent. Even in her death. HP: -5% MP: 76%

After a few moments - Jun could hear voices muttering to themselves. He could tell it was over. His eyes had shut as he felt himself unable to handle the world of Pandora, handle what was happening in front of him. He thought he could maybe convince them all it didn't have to be this way. He thought maybe he could steer them away from this violence, this fighting. He just wanted it to stop, but yet it could not. It had been inevitable. Was it always this pointless? Was violence so powerful that even a child's life could not be spared?

Was cruelty so plentiful that more like the child existed in Pandora? Where there really so many lost souls without guidance? Straying off the path and into corruption and into darkness? Creatures he could barely recognize? Perhaps that would be his new goal. No one came for this girl in the place known as Pandecim. If others existed in that place, lost and waiting for someone but finding no one to come for them, then he would go there and be that person coming for them. There was much to be done... but for now...

He was just a child who couldn't stop crying.

With the girl's demise and his leader saved, there was no reason for him to stay. Matatabi was protected and saved. Anyone who was a threat would have a beast and an army to worry about. He would look at the chaos under him as his sword turned back to its original state. He would slowly step onto the sand.

"I'll check on the city. Someone needs to tell everyone it's done." he would speak before running off. There was things to do.

Everyone died eventually.

Against her wishes, Matatabi would press down upon the discarded body of the girl. The flames against her lifeless decay would incinerate her instantly, leaving no evidence of her existence. "Akira," she would speak, "Mei, Jun and Tyko, you were all brave." her head would be bowed to them all in that moment. The girl would be unconscious, and Matatabi would see to it that she breathes again. "For your sacrifice, I will teach one of you an ancient magic." She would give a slight purr after her wording. "A magic to help you stop monsters like this little girl. Titan Slayer."
